    I purchased my kit in in April and it has not moved beyond QC since then. Any attempt to reach customer service takes two weeks to get a reply and the reply contains no useful information as to why my order hasn't been processed. I feel that if they do get to sequencing my kit the results cant be trusted to be accurate if they are unable to even keep an order schedule.

    If I could give zero starts it would better reflect the quality of service from this horrible organization. It's been over six months now and I still have not received my results. Please do NOT use this organization. They will reply to your emails stating they are busy and have not been able to get to your sample yet. Well then why don't you modify your language and state that the min wait time is six months to get your results? Poor company and I regret ever spending my money with them. Please do not use them.
