    I'm a provider who contracts with small practices/businesses. I called ZocDoc 4 separate times to inquire about being able to set up a different marketing profile, with myself listed, for each one. Each time I called, I was given confirmation that this was permissible so potential referrals have accurate information. Now, they have randomly changed the rules again and have started to harass me about this and closed my accounts. Firstly: ********************** sends me & charges me for false referrals. Some seem to work for ZocDoc, yet they put in an appointment request as though they are a "referral." When we contact them via email/phone, BOTH come back as invalid/does not exist. Some "referrals" that have an email or phone (but whom don't have verifiable insurance or identity information) will ask very invasive questions about our business such as "who works there?" "How is your internal business set up?" Secondly: ZocDoc penalized my accounts because I brought up issues to them concerning invalid/suspencious "referrals." Their **************** team emailed me & told me they are putting a negative strike on my account for bringing up concerns with "referrals" I was charged for. Third: After we brought up these concerns to them, they started withholding positive reviews & will post negative reviews (left by referrals who never received actual services from us). We started working harder to help clients create a profile so they can leave us a positive review from their experience but we've noticed that ZocDoc does not post these which further damages our ********************** Lastly: referrals they send do not have insurance we accept/work with. We are still charged for these referrals & if the referral cancels we are penalized for them canceling. ZocDoc sends us an email, striking our account, under the pretense of "higher cancellation than others." When asked, who are the others? How can they penalize the provider for something out of our control? We never hear back from them.

    Dr. ******** is a very thorough doctor and took her time with me to make sure I had a thorough understanding of my issue and treatment plan. Very nice doctor. Office staff was also very nice.

    My experience was great. The office staff was very friendly and understanding. The doctor was very knowledgeable and honest. The doctor was very patient and engaging. I really like the whole staff and I'm an older senior citizen so I appreciated being treated with respect and honesty.

    Makes scheduling an appointment with a doctor easier to navigate than by going through directly. Sometimes there are issues with doctors cancelling, but thats less about Zocdoc than it is about the offices.
