Interesting... I came here to post an overwhelmingly positive review of the products and what they've done to help my two Olde English's. I see the comments below and I wonder if anyone knows how to use the various attributes of the internet and vendor contact/web forms. I'm not mocking anyone but Petlab has a solid ordering/pausing/cancellation system. I use "pause" from time to time while I learn how much to have on hand.I've been a Petlab client for just about five months but the change in both of my dogs is something worth telling. I use the Probiotics for both of my 80lb pups. One is eleven and the other is nine. Only the older dog gets the anti-itch but both get the probiotic. I've been amazed to see the results after just a couple of months. They are happier and they no longer "crop dust" ** in the room. Their bathroom schedules are incredibly consistent. We're actually feeding them a bit less as well since the probiotic is so efficient.Amplify Media

They over charge you right at your first order. Their website automatically upsells your orders to include 2 or 4 additional tubs. I was overcharged $150 when wanting to only buy 1 tub for 50, I got 5 for 200. I tried to contact them the same day I placed the order. They had the order at my house within the week and ignored all calls and emails. You can't email them, call them, nothing.Amplify Media

I paid for a monthly subscription. I received the first order. 2nd order was supposed to process Nov 29th. Today is December 12th. The last update I see was Dec 3rd. I have minimally reached out three times to the company via their website and received an automated email once. I like the product but the customer service is non-existent. No phone number to call or speak with a human. Very frustrating.Amplify Media

They have no phone number and keep charging me. I sent and email to cancel the upcoming order but they did not respond . Also, I cant log in to cancel its some trick . You try to log in it will says oops we are sorry login invalid . Even if you send a reset password link it will say the same thing. I need my money back and subscription canceled like I requested on email to this place .Amplify Media

I am outraged with PetLabCo for selling their product called Plaque Pro, which is used to help clean teeth and help with tartar and plaque. This product helps the teeth but it also causes severe gastrointestinal upset, which I wasn't aware of. My dog ***** has never had a medical issue until I used Plaque Pro for her teeth. She stopped eating anything I was offering to her but she continued to drink water, which was her only savior. ***** was in terrible stomach pain, losing weight, and was light headed from not eating. After undergoing x-rays, ultrasound, subcutaneous fluids, and blood work, ***** began to eat small bits of chicken from my hand. It was a very slow process getting back her normal self. My only income is from SS and I had spent over $1,100.00 for *****'s medical bills, all because of Plaque Pro that had only cost $22.00 and change. A very high price to pay but I have my ***** back again, and I feel blessed. Please be aware of what you give your pets. I tried to cancel one upcoming order of my subscriptions but it won't let me do that. I can edit my subscription, like frequency of shipping date or quantity but I can't remove subscription or cancel one subscription only. I wish they change how to edit subscriptions, that the customers are not spending hours to figure out how to remove subscription easily.Amplify Media

I have been trying to cancel my subscriptions, & still no response!! Luckily my credit card on file did not go through, I stopped any charges to my credit card company for any charges to Petlab Co. because I never received acknowledgement regarding my cancelation on June 14, 2022. Now I receive a recent email on July 26, 2022 regarding dental sticks are on their way for delivery, and I canceled my order on June 14, 2022; I have no phone number, sent emails only, & no response from Petlab.This company is a scam & terrible customer service!!!!! I just ordered a pet lab product that did not involve any reoccurring charges and of course somehow they managed to put me on some reoccurring charge and I cant get the phone number and I did not think the product worked at all I think it is a total joke and theres very little product in the actual container as well very very disappointed and now very angry with this companyAmplify Media

I have repeatedly tried to cancel my subscription and their system tells me it does not recognize my password - so I change my password, and the system tells me I do not have an account. I opened an account in June, however, I cannot cancel my subscription since I can't get into my account. I sent an email to the company, and I received an automated reply that they would answer within 24hrs. but I'm still waiting. It appears others have had this same experience.
