    Shortly after creating a subscription, I was admitted to the hospital for collapsed lung and *******************. I wasnt able to return the bike in person , I then paid 38 dollars for someone to pick it up. They did not come to pick the bike up but claim they did. I was available after being discharged from the hospital. They claimed they try to get in contact with me but supposedly wasnt able to when I was available and asked for a set time and date and never received the correct information.

    I rented an ebike from this company, I had no issues the entire time. Never dropped the bike once or had any sort of damage dealt to it. I returned the bike around the end of August. The employee told me everything was fine and I left. A few weeks later I received an email stating there was damage from a fall and I had to pay $60. I was reluctant because I did not cause any damage, however they threatened me with legal action so to avoid any problems I paid the $60 to get it over with. Now, October 15th, I recieved another email and text with a new invoice for $191, over a month after i returned the bike and settled bogus fees. I refuse to pay any more as this is clearly exploitation.

    RE: Misleading business practices and unfair charges for repair services from Whizz (*****************************)Ive rented an electric bike from Whizz, and during the months of August and September 2024, I experienced repeated power failures with the bike, resulting in three separate visits for repairs. Despite assurances from a company representative that I would not be charged for the third repair due to their previous misdiagnoses, I was later billed for the repair, leading to an unexpected and unjustified charge.The timeline is as follows:1. 08/15/2024: I brought the bike in for repair due to a power failure. Whizz replaced a wire and charged me $53.35.2. 09/11/2024: My bike experienced another power failure. This time, Whizz replaced the display, even though the display was functioning properly and the repair person wasnt sure the exact cause of the issue. I raised a concern about changing the functioning display, but Whizz told me that could happen. I was charged an additional $53.35.3. 09/23/2024: The replaced display failed, and I brought the bike in for a third time. During this visit, Whizz determined that the issue was with the front wheel (likely the motor). A staff member named ******* ******* assured me I would not be charged for this repair, as the previous repairs had not resolved the issue. However, on Sep 29, 2024, I received two invoices for the third repair, totaling $243.33, with the payment due the next day. I complained to the company, stating that ******* had told me I wouldnt be charged, but they informed me that I would be responsible regardless, due to their terms and conditions. The dispute remains unresolved.Their failure to diagnose the issue from the beginning resulted in unnecessary repairs and costs, and they did not honor their promise to waive the charge for the final repair.I am requesting that Whizz remove the charges related to the third repair and adjust their billing practices to prevent similar situations in the future.

    I returned my whizz bike because I kept on incurring challenges with the bike. The bike constantly had issues, I have had to reach out because of random issues, all while Im paying 194 every month. I finally got tired and returned the bike with its accessories. I returned the bike on August 1 2024. The person that came to get the bike even acknowledged the good condition it was in. Now Im getting charges for missing accessories and repair for the bike when the only issue I had with the bike when I returned it was that the seat came off. I tried calling support which was through WhatsApp, I spoke to a male representative who kept hanging up on, was extremely rude, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they said they didnt have one and would hang up. In total I paid $686.46 since June 4. I returned it on August 1, 2014, since August 1, they have charged me $180.

    I'm renting to own a bike from this company. I've paid $300 upfront and received the bike. Well I've only been able to ride it twice because I'm locked out of the display and bike. I contacted them and let them know. They said I tried too many times to get it unlocked and had to purchase a new monitor for $100 which I did. I've got the new part and it's doing the same thing. I've tried to contact the company and I'm getting no reply. Very disgruntled!!

    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Whizz regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because.

    It's supposed to be returned next week, but I want some of my money back. I gave them $590.00 and rode the bike twice because of technical issues
