    I was hospitalized due to illness, and couldn't make the payment due to this. They proceeded to absolutely harass me, threaten legal action, and when I explained my situation asked if im making a payment. I said no, I am in the hospital with no access to my cards. They got nasty and insisted I return the bike or pay now. Their business manners are appalling, and their services aren't worth the harassment and attitude every employee seems to have.

    This is a letter I sent to them it explai s everything: I have had the single worst experience with your company. After buying a bike ******** I was told it was on back order. I was then told not to worry it would be shipped monday. Monday comes around and they say it's not ready, but if it didn't ship Tuesday I would be able to upgrade to the storm 1 for a fee. Tuesday comes around and your customer service didn't answer me. Wednesday I finally get ahold of ya'll and they say they have the ***** and it's ready to ship. I tell you guys no, honor your deal and let me upgrade. so I'm charged the fee: $150+tax. We'll then I'm told the storm 1 won't ship for days! But if I choose the ***** again it will ship out that day and they will include accessories. I reluctantly agree. Then I'm informed that *** already has the bike and they didn't include the accessories! I'm over it at this point and just want to recieve my bike so that I can get back to work. Now two days later I am told that *** returned my bike and they will give me a refund that will be in my account in 5 days!!! Because I haven't been working I won't be able to pay my bills and the ripple effect will be felt for months. What kind of company are you to allow this type of behavior? I want the bike I paid for. I want it sent out tomorrow. period.
