    I have tried to return my everyday earbuds that I received on Oct 3rd and on the same day I tried them out and they are so hard to work, and the sound is bad. I requested a refund on the same day, and I got a return email telling me they are so busy it will take 1/3 business days to get back to me. It's been 7 business days now and I have sent 5 letters of request for a refund. All I need is an address so I can send it back I will even pay for postage, but they are not responding. they will only give buyers *********************************************** my life been so disrespected and I know they are waiting until the 30 days are up and tell me they never received anything from me but I have kept all the return emails from them. if you are looking for a good pair of earbuds don't get them from Raycon (*************) the product stinks and so does his business.

    Got the sport version and they are horrible. Can't get connected to Bluetooth on my phone Tech support is only way to get help but it's useless. Contacted them and still waiting g for help. Nothing back except a email at 130 am. No way to call so mine are useless. *********** of money

    Absolute trash. These airbuds only worked for 1 year and then the left one stopped working. I troubleshooted everything including doing the factory reset, nothing. **************** is nearly impossible to work with. ********* you ought to be ashamed with your company. Zero stars and may *** have mercy on your soul.

    If I could give them 0 stars I absolutely would. I ordered their headphones because they had a nice sale going on and one of the ********* I followed had a sponsor from them so I though I could trust them. I placed the order and after paying I noticed it didn't capture my apartment number for some reason. I contacted their support IMMEDIATLY. It couldn't have been more than 5 minutes after placing the order. They refused to change the address (just add an apartment number) and refused a refund. I placed my order at around 11pm on a Friday. They do not ship on weekends. Their customer support is completely useless and clearly do not care about their customers. There is NO WAY this product was shipped or shipping label made. Again, they don't ship on the weekends and I contacted support 5 minutes after my order. I am now disputing the charge with my credit card company. I would never recommend these headphones just in case you may potentially have an issue with them and have to deal with their customer support which is a joke.
