      These people are smammers my **** doubled..never ever have my **** ever got the high they try to persuade you to keep them so they can take money each time..I didn't even want the 100 gift card..I'm pretty sure it would've been a hassle to get it.

      I was charged a high light **** when I was lead to believe my **** would not be high now my **** is over $600 its ridiculous I'm not happy at all I want them to do something about my **** now

      Ive used SmartEnergy as my supplier since 2018. Over the past six months I noticed our electric **** getting higher. When I called my electric company they informed me that SmartEnergy was charging me 4 times more per kWh than they would of. So I called to cancel SmartEnergy to cancel. They informed me it would take 1 to 2 billing cycles for this change to take place. I just received my electric **** and what do you know SmartEnergy raised the rate again. It is now **** per kWh which is 5 times higher then it should be. Thanks for the $692 electric ****. This company will bleed every ***** they can out of you even when you cancel their service

      I'd like to write a review about Smart Energy Holdings a electric company supplier they were good at first but then last month when my **** should have only been 30 or 40 dollars my **** was double that it was $84 so I called and found out why my electric company told me that my Supply is Smart Energy Holdings raised my percentage from 13% to like 26% in one month so it's not right and someone like me that lives off of month to month is not easy also when I called the supplier Smart Energy I told them I was going to call the BBB on them and they said that they were going to give me a $100 **** card and now they're denying never saying that so that's why I am writing a review on how bad this company is
