      When I signed up the offer was for a $200 **** gift card after 6 months of service in good standing. Once I had my 6th statement showing Smart Energy as the supplier I made the copy and sent it along with the form to the address in **. on March 19th. Now 10 weeks later I am still without my **** gift card so called to find out why. Representative said he'd move it along and that it shouldn't take that long. it's been 10 days since we spoke and nothing yet. When you offer an incentive to sign up for service and complete the requirements it shouldn't become a hassle to collect it.
