    Subject: Urgent: Issues with Event Space Rental on March 15 I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the event space rental for my granddaughters party on Saturday, March 15. The experience was unacceptable due to several major issues that significantly impacted our event.1. Last-Minute Schedule Change: We originally rented the space from 11 AM to 6 PM but were informedwithout prior noticethat we had to finish an hour early due to an exterminator appointment. While we were offered an earlier start time of 10AM, this sudden change was inconvenient and poorly handled.2. Unclean Venue Upon Arrival: When we arrived, the space had not been cleaned. The staff member on-site mentioned that a previous party had run late, preventing them from cleaning the night before. This was extremely unprofessional and forced us to deal with an unprepared space before our event.3. Missing Chairs: We were promised 50 chairs but only received 25. The staff member present assured us that she would retrieve the additional chairs, yet despite multiple calls throughout the day, we received no response. As a result, many of our guests had to stand, which was completely unacceptable.4. Lack of Communication: Our repeated attempts to contact your team went unanswered, as our calls were sent to voicemail all day. No one responded or addressed the situation, leaving us with no support during our event.5. Unprofessional Follow-Up: After the event, we received a generic text message (incorrectly addressed) that appeared to be copied and pasted from a previous complaint. This further reinforced the lack of professionalism and care from your team.This entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. Given the poor service, broken commitments, and lack of communication.
