      SELLER ******. TickPick is awesome. If you were looking to purchase a ticket however, if you are selling, they do not support any issues you have. I responded within one minute of receiving a request to sell a ticket because it just confirmed on a different website. They are now charging me $60 but I should be grateful because their policy said they could charge me up to $200. They will do nothing to support me. They dont care. Apparently it is in their rules and regulations so be careful because apparently you have to read every word. I will never use them again as a . Buyer or Seller I spent over an hour of my time calling them for help and even more time asking for their help. THEY ****

      I paid 1200 for 3 tickets for my daughter's birthday. They have no accountability saying check your email. Where are my tickets? The investigation will take 3-7 days. Might refund ticket price...so you paid all that money for gas hotels parking etc for absolutely nothing. DON'T TRUST THEM NO MATTER WHAT. They blame everybody else.

      BEWARE OF TickPick ....#TickPick ********************* Might be fee free but terrible customer service....Paid for assigned seats for *** Spring Training game at $57ea x 4 for $228 (SEC 108 ROW 23) as shown on app. To take out of state guest to a game here in **...Was sent 4 GA tickets $15 ea. NO REFUND FOR OVERAGE PAID.....

      We bought very, very expensive tickets to watch the Bears play at ***************. Drove 6 hours to get there. Got to the gate to be told tickets were invalid. Bought new tickets and went to the seats we originally bought which had people sitting in them. Asked them how they got our tickets. Was told they originally bought the tickets off of Ticketmaster but Ticketmaster got hacked and they lost the tickets. Ticketmaster ended up getting their tickets back which made ours invalid. Contacted TickPick to get money back and they refused said the tickets were used. Contacted Ticketmaster and was basically told to bug off. TickPick boosts of 100% guarantee that tickets are valid but I can attest that their guarantee is fake.

      I purchased tickets to the *** All star weekend and spent over ***** dollars. We get to the entrance and it states our tickets had been scanned already and to go to the box office for more questions. They are of no help as they said we have to communicate with whom we bought the tickets from which was TickPick. We called tick pick and the hold is FOREVER. I sent two Submit Requests and have yet to get an answer. If i don't hear from them i'm reporting this to my bank as a fraudulent charge since i received "tickets" that had already been used by someone else. DISAPPOINTED with this as i use tick pick for so many events and high dollar amount events and this has never happened to me before. I hope they fix this ASAP i do not want to miss the event!!!!

      I listed tickets on TickPick and they sold five minutes prior on another platform. The concert is six months away so there shouldn't be an issue canceling the sale and immediately refunding the buyer. I immediately called their customer service and I was told I "should" be fine because I didn't confirm the sale and was put on hold for a supervisor. I was then told I had to email to reach a supervisor because one wasn't available on the phone. I have sent numerous emails and have been told I'm going to be charged 200% and this is the penalty when listing with their automatic listing feature. This wording and listing feature isn't in their User Agreement which hasn't been updated since April 2024. I am going to go ahead and pursue a refund by disputing the charges with my credit card company since I've gone back and forth with Tick Pick. I have tried giving them the opportunity to make this right but can't get a supervisor to speak to me besides via email. After my experience with this company, I don't recommend being a seller or a purchaser on this platform. Stick to *******!

      I purchased tickets for the ****** game that did not take place due to the wildfires and TickPick is refusing to issue a refund. We traveled across the state for that event and cannot do that again for when it gets rescheduled. I even purchased insurance, but they are still refusing to refund. Total scam.
