I am a Deceived customers.When I just purchased the Hong Kong BLACK PINK concert this morning on cityline,suddenly popped up a link that took me to the viagogo website. But I didn't know that I had already redirected to this website and paid within ten minutes.After pay for I don't know, this is my previous website,I'm just curious Why is there no place to pick up tickets by one self. And there is a handling feeI thought it was a shipping feeI didn't realize it wasn't on my original ticket purchasing interface.I contacted my credit card company and they have already closed my credit card payment .But there is still no way or place to cancel this order.The approach is unreasonable and illegal.I now request a full refund and immediate return of all cash And .we do not accept any form of coupon ? Ticketmaster informing them the venue has RELEASED tickets they still have not released my tickets and I am set to travel on Wednesday and 5 other people on Friday for try Saturday show I have seen many complaints about this company regarding not supplying tickets on day of event unless you purchase expensive tickets this particular show is sold out this is a foreign company and I reported them to the *** Still no tickets in over 5 months causing me perpetual stress since I am responsible There is another headquarters in ********** but there is no way to contact anyone Thank you

On March 27 I got two charges for orders ********* and ********* which were charged without reason. Company argues that I didnt deliver electronically concert tickets but these tickets were in the form of a bracelet. Also, their employee contacted me and I explained the situation and offered to hand deliver the tickets but the buyer declined. Agent said he would cancel the tickets and didnt explain there were some charges. Hours before this I tried to modify/Cancel the sale price but the website didnt allow me to. After 45 days of waiting for an answer they just replied no without any proper justification.Customer Answer

My son and his friends ages 15, 16, 16 purchased tickets to a show beginning at 7 pm. At 7pm the tickets were still not delivered. The show was over an hour away and they had no transportation to get home. They were on hold beginning at around 6:30 with customer service and remained on hold the entire time. Finally at 7:45 their tickets were canceled and they received the option for new tickets which they accepted. These new tickets were behind the stage. Their original tickets were in front of the stage. They purchased those seats because they were in front of the stage. They would not have spent that amount of money to sit behind the stage. I spoke to customer service and they said since they accepted the tickets no refund. By the time they got into the show it was an hour after the concert began. The venue was over an hour away from home and the kids had no means to get home so they accepted. The company guaranteed that tickets would be on time and if they had to replace it would be equivalent or better. Neither of these were fulfilled. The email associated with the account that purchased the tickets is my sons ****************** I am just helping him because he is a minor. This seams like they scammed 3 teenagers out of alot of money.Initial Complaint

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Viagogo regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I was partially refunded recently but hat to go to the concert and get turned away to prove the tickets were fraudulent. We told the company multiple times that the tickets were fraudulent but they always told me they were not. I should not have to drive to a concert to get turned away to get a refund. The company also guaranteed I would get a refund plus 20% if the tickets were fraudulent. I didnt get the additional 20%.

ordered tickets to ***** ****** at ******* in April. I waited and waited to accept my tickets. Order status said tickets would be released day of concert at 4:30 pm . Concert started at 7:30 pm. I drove 3 hours to get to concert. Still waiting on email to accept my tickets. I bought tickets for a concert and the tickets were not delivered before the concert started. I contacted customer support an hour before the concert and expressed my concern about this, and was assured that I would receive the tickets within an hour by some alternative method. I refused and asked for a refund because it took an hour to get to the concert and I wasn't sure I would get the tickets. But they refused to give me a refund and said it was the only way and they had already initiated it. I never got the tickets and had to buy them at the entrance for 3 times the price! After the concert I tried to open the support chat but it was not available and displayed an error. The next day I contacted support again asking for a refund, which was refused on the grounds that they were only acting within their rules. Deeply unsatisfactory and unresolved experience surrounding the purchase of basketball game tickets.On April 1, 2025 I purchased tickets through Viagogo for a basketball game order number *********, paying over $1,800. Despite Viagogo's assurances and "guarantee," I encountered significant issues with the tickets that ultimately prevented me from attending the event. When I attempted to access and use the tickets, they did not appear in my Ticketmaster account. I followed all troubleshooting steps provided by Viagogo, and I sent multiple screenshots and communications to several of their agents from both my mobile device and desktop computer. Despite these efforts, I received only vague reassurances and was repeatedly given the runaround by customer service. ******************** representatives initially acknowledged that I was covered under their guarantee. However, after I continued to seek resolution, they later accused me of misplacing the ticketsa claim I strongly dispute. I reached out to a manager who stated she would look into gathering proof of this claim, but I have yet to receive any follow-up or clarification. The lack of accountability and the inconsistent messaging make me feel further scammed and completely unsupported. Furthermore, I contacted Ticketmaster multiple times to investigate the issue. They confirmed that the tickets were not in my account and, while they could not disclose the name associated with the tickets due to privacy policies, they confirmed that it was not under my ******* date, I have not received a refund or any viable resolution from Viagogo. I feel deceived, financially exploited, and completely abandoned as a customer. I am seeking a full refund of the amount paid ($1,800+) and request that Viagogo be held accountable for their failure to provide a service as promised and for not honoring their advertised guarantee.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust the BBB will take appropriate steps to help mediate this dispute.
