      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      [Your Answer Here]

Dear Someone whom may it concern,

I am not asking for the check I received back. I am asking for it again through this response because Jay Suites keep lying and saying you will return it, which only delays the time.

After I moved out from *** Suite on Aug *******, I requested a refund of the security deposit($2,000) more than 5 times. The details are as follows and the emails are attached. First, I requested a refund of the security deposit($2,000) for the first time on August 30th and was told that I would receive it in 5-6 weeks. On October 24th, I requested a refund of the security deposit($2,000) at the second time and was told that I would receive it next week. On November 19th, I requested a refund of the security deposit($2,000) at the third time and was told that they had sent Check #****. On November 26th, I requested a refund for the security deposit($2,000) at fourth time and was told that they were sorry for the delay and that I would receive it soon. On December 12th, I requested a refund for the security deposit($2,000) at the fifth time and asked them to stop lying and that they would not lie again and would send me a check. However, **** ***** suddenly requested Check #**** Stop at the accounting team and ************ ***** responded that Check #**** was stopped. Since then I have not received a check for the refund of my deposit and have asked to have it sent via ********** or Priority Mail with tracking but have not heard back yet regarding my deposit.

Please return my security deposit back as soon as possible.

      Sincerely,

      ******

Dear Someone whom it may concern,

Thanks to your mediation, I was able to get the money I wanted from Jay Suites.
Jay Suites called me directly and said "How much do you want me to return for the security deposit? So I said "$2000".
My exact security deposit was $2000. I actually confirmed the amount of the deposit in my account that day.

Once again, thank you for your big help and please remove my complaint.

      Sincerely,
