We take all customer concerns seriously and appreciate the opportunity to address this matter.First and foremost, we want to assure you that we have not misrepresented the square footage of our leased spaces. Our business model, which revolves around coworking spaces, differs significantly from traditional office spaces. Unlike conventional offices, coworking spaces offer a variety of amenities and shared areas such as meeting rooms, lounges, phone booths, rooftops, pantries, and other communal spaces.It's crucial to understand that when calculating square footage in a coworking environment, it encompasses not only individual workspaces but also these shared amenities that are available for all members to utilize. Therefore, a direct comparison between the square footage of coworking spaces and traditional office spaces can be misleading and inaccurate.We strive to be transparent and upfront with our members regarding the layout and amenities available in our spaces. Prior to signing any lease agreement, we provide detailed information about the square footage and layout of the space, including descriptions of all common areas and amenities.We value the trust and satisfaction of our members, and we remain committed to providing a positive experience for everyone who utilizes our coworking spaces.
