    I bought the machine. I received it. It aggravates my back condition. It actually hurt my back more. I requested a refund and they told me to send it back and I was to pay the shipping expenses. The shipping expenses are way more than I paid for the machine and I can't lift it. I want them to pick it up off my porch, by a carrier and give me a full refund. This is a scam company. I will report them to any agencies i can. They need to pay for the return. Asap. I will scald them on the internet.

    I placed an order 3/31/24, and while a shipping label was generated, my order never shipped. I contacted them April 6th, and they opened up an investigation, but never shipped. They then offered to re-ship, generating a 2nd tracking number 10 days after my order was placed, but they still have not shipped. Its also almost impossible to get someone on the phone.

    I bought this machine in August of 2021. Within the first month the roller was rubbing up against the bar and I had to order another set of rollers. Since then the rollers have continued to rub and had to have them replaced several times. I have also noticed that the bar leans when its being stood on. I have called and complained several times to which I have been told I needed new rollers again. I sent in pictures several times and now they are telling me its a different set of rollers that need to be replaced. The rollers on the actual bar where you stand. I remove the bar per the instructions and notice the screws to the 4 rollers are stripped and the screws can not come out. I call them back and was told they do not sell replacement bars and I have to find someone with a drill or saw to cut the top of the screws to try and remove it. Well Im a single mother with ********* in her hands and dont have access to this kind of help so now Im stuck with a $300 machine that I can not use.

    ORDER #****** On 01/24/2023 we purchased their fitness machine and accessories, as part of their 30 day promise. My wife tried out the machine and hurt her back as part of the exercise. Due to this issue, we reached out to DBMethod on 02/21/2023 to process a return for the machine and accessories. What we were told is that they are willing to have most of the items returned, BUT we would need to pay for the return shipment, due to the weight and size of the product. We spent $420+ on both of the orders, and shipping for this sort of an item would take up the majority of the refund. This was unacceptable and DBMethod would not budge on this policy. I am not sure how you can communicate a 30 day return guarantee and not cover shipment on a fairly heavy and large machine. We ended up not returning the item and are looking to discard it, but before we do that, I am reaching out in hops of having a resolution to this issue and hopefully eliminate this issue for other consumers. It was false advertisement.

    Customer ********************* placed two different DB Method orders on 1/24/23: order #****** for the Machine and several accessories, and order #****** for the phone mount.
    On 2/20/2023 someone else different from *********************, who placed the original order, reached out to our **************** via ******** channel asking to return information. Once we located their original order, we sent customer the *** information along with the return instructions on 2/21/2023.
    Customer contacted us on 2/23/2023 being unhappy about our return policy.


    The DB Method Return Shipping Policy is posted on our website here: ********************************************************** and it states:

    The DB Method offers a 30-day, money-back guarantee on The Machine. You have 30 days from when you receive your machine to return it. Ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use are subject to the terms of our limited warranty and are not covered by this guarantee.

    Because of the size and weight of the machine, we do not offer free return shipping or refunds for any shipping charges paid to receive your machine. Return shipping fees will depend on your chosen carrier. Please note that only returns processed through our system with an authorized return number will be accepted. All returns must be in its original shipping box and condition. If your machine is returned in damaged condition, not in its original box or with missing parts, an additional restocking fee will apply.

    I purchased a DB method machine and within 4 weeks the seat no longer clicks down into place when the machine is not in use and The middle tension rod is flimsy and leans to the side when doing squats, so I cant get correct usage out of the machine. I contacted the company to request a refund under their 1 year warranty and was told tough luck, the seat is not designed to stay down, with them never even addressing my other functionality issue. This was after I even sent them a video of the machine. This company is a scam and doesnt even stick to their own warranty policy. I hope others do not fall prey to their marketing tactics and buy this piece of garbage. Worst customer service ever. I will be disputing this purchase with Affirm now.

    On 1/11/2023 we received an email from the customer stating her machine was broken and asking to return the product for a refund. 

    Since customer stated that her equipment was broken, we requested a photo or a video demonstrating the issue. Customer sent us a video which showed that her machine was functioning properly without any issues. We explained that to the customer and referred her to our assembly and storage videos as a reference.
    Even though the machine was in proper working condition with no issues, customer continued to insist that something was wrong with her equipment.


    We provided customer with a link for a return request and once we have the return, we will refund according to our Shipping and Return Policy posted on our website.

    I received an RMA and shipped the product back within the guarantee time. They received the return, but never refunded Affirm. Now Affirm placed a delinquent account on my credit report.

    I purchased the DB Method back in June 2022 to focus on my glutes. I am in good physical shape and health and no issues prior to using this machine. I began as it suggested by using it 3 min twice a week and then gradually working up to 3 times a week. I never have had knee problems but my knees hurt badly and the only thing I know that has contributed to it is the DB Method. Do not use this product ever unless you want to ruin perfectly good knees. Thank you DB Method for nothing. By the way, it never worked on improving my glutes either. What a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves. Karma.

    I ordered a DB machine in February of 2022. The company lists a 30 day satisfaction money back guarantee. I emailed them well within the ****************************************************** I shipped the machine back via *** 3/15/22.My husband lost the tracking receipt. I have called DB several times and they deny receiving the machine and refuse to do anything about it.

    ************************* placed an order with us on February 21, 2022.  She contacted our customer service team on March 11, 2022 requesting a return.  ******* was provided an RMA and return instructions on March 12, 2022.  We were unable to confirm receipt of her return until she provided the tracking information on July 8, 2022, at which time we were able to locate her return and she was refunded that same day.  There is no issue since she ultimately did provide the tracking information to us and was refunded at that time.
