  This machine is extremely dangerous i bought it 5/31/21 the very first time using it the machine tipped over when I was getting off. i fell down and the middle bracket cut between my legs right in the female parts. I ended up getting 15 stitches and was in pain for 6 weeks after when we told them about it they immediately sent someone to my house to pick the machine up and refunded me fully but nothing more after that even though they knew I had gone through what I did the company is horrible and custome service is even worst.

  Don't Buy This machine does not work - I get much better results from simply wearing SweetFlexx leggings! And they have awful customer service - I had to dispute a monthly charge for a subscription I never intentionally bought - their customer service sends me a canned reply to go to the app on my phone to cancel the subscription - but I did not have the app downloaded on my phone so I spent over 1/2 hour downloading it to find out that I never had a subscription yet I was still charged for it!!!!Their **************** should be trained better!

  Purchased the machine with the "free" ******************************* Rehab and Recovery. Once I received my machine and clicked the link in the email to activate the "free" program it said 7 days free then $14 a month, so no, not "free". I reached out to customer service and the person said it is actually only "30 days free" and then a paid subscription of $14 a month. I sent customer service a picture of the promotion that I had when I purchased and nowhere in that did it say "30 days". I think this is sneaky, its bad business practice and I will be returning the machine just based on the principal. I don't like this bait-and-switch nonsense and I will just purchase a similar product elsewhere.
