I had to cancel my "free forever" subscription because of abdominal surgery in March 2023. Prior to the cancellation I was active in the program 5-days a week! The program rules were that you had to participate in 3 workouts per week in order for your "free forever" status, in which the program was... free. If you did not complete 3 workouts per week then they were to charge your account a $25 monthly fee. I cancelled in March, got an email (attached/uploaded) stating the cancellation. The rep understood that I was going to stop my subscription due to surgery. I just recently noticed that a $25 monthly fee has been taken out of my account every month since May 2023 (7 months). I emailed The Formulatic and they said they only paused my account, and that I have been charged because I did not complete the "free forever" program rules of 3 workouts per week! Looks like they took it upon themselves to reactivate me in the program without notifying me of any re-enrollment status... even after my cancellation was confirmed by email on March 23, 2023.No one should have permissions to activate a customer payable account without customer consent. A reactivation/resubscribe email/notification was NEVER sent to me. I am requesting that my account be refunded $175 for the seven months. I hope the company does the right thing... so far I have not received any response to my last two emails. The Formulatic does NOT have a customer service contact phone number...

I started a subscription with this company 6/14/23. Canceled two weeks later, we'll before the trial end period. And was still charged $25. They refused to refund me and said they usually send out a confirmation email of cancelations. They didn't send me anything. I've contacted my bank to dispute the charge but wanted to make a complaint on here in case this a normal thing for them. Looking at other reviews, seems like it is.

Formulaic- I started my account on March 20th. I cancelled ***** 19th but apparently too late and was charged. I never used the website. I signed up in a mental health moment and then decided I was not ready time or health wise and went back to my peloton. I was charged for ***** and I will never use it. Its not user friendly. There is no app so you need to go to the website every time. I had zero follow up emails after my initial sign up day (March 20th) no weve noticed you havent tried one of our videos yet or anything. I think its gross theres no follow up or reminder of of trial ending. But its convenient bc they wont remind you and if you forget youll pay for who knows how long till you finally notice. So if youre prepared to use this daily/weekly and want to visit a website for every use with no advantage of downloading videos or other things tons of other fitness apps have then this is for you. But it wasnt for me. Its no wonder I just happen to see this pop up on Instagram when I looked at it rather than actually hearing good things from customers.

More than 5 months ago I tried their fitness app. A few weeks after, I deleted the app and cancelled my service with them. Now suddenly I was charged. At first I didnt recognize the charge and called my bank to find information. I then contacted them asking for a refund via email but so far its been a frustrating experience. I tried their Instagram but no response. In fact, they ignored my message and posted a story. They dont have a telephone number and no real person to speak to. They are slow to respond via email and unprofessional. To me a good business emails their clients to let them know they will be charged. It also makes sense to send them a copy of their invoice. I warn all consumers to not do business with this company. I wish I did my own research first before I signed up so hopefully this helps someone else.
