On 5/17/25, I parked at the ************. With *** validation and under three hours, the cost shouldve been $2.00. I was charged the full $14.00. The screen did not reflect the charge, nor was the speaker working at the payment kiosk. Photo of validated ticket and receipt will be uploaded.

I parked in their S ************************* lot as I was guide there by sheriffs when I was arriving for jury duty. They had a sign posted saying pay here with a QR code or a meter station to pay. I did not have a qr reader on my phone nor do I know how to work it so I tired to use the meter pay station only to find it was out of order and told me to go to another pay station that was the only pay station on the lot tried calling both their local number from their website as well as the customer service number listed and could not get through to any one called the court they said its fine they will validate my parking when court was over. Came out and my car had been towed. They put a barnacle violation thing on it according to the tow guy at 2:30 I came out at 3:10 and my truck was gone. They didnt even give me time to even try to pay it. Called the tow guy at cotteman towing who gave me a phone number that he said was to *** and its not even connected to them its some cell number register to whom I believe is his girl friend or something. I tried to talk to her to explain the situation she was very rude and didnt say she was the owner of the lot or that she worked for *** she didnt even give her name she basically said oh well. Upon further investigation I see she is the number located on the barnacle thing. I left a message with ****** at the number ABM website for that third street location but Im starting to feel like I was scammed and both companies are working together to do predatory towing. If you look up the tow company they were investigated for that already back in 2023 and even a news story was issued about them. The tow guy himself was very rude and tried not to give me my vehicle. I had to call the police as he was very threatening and even folllowed us out of the lot with one of the drivers trying to instigate a fight. Their company also has an F rating with the BBB the same complaints. Some shady business is happening with these people

I have a monthly parking agreement for my work, which just increased recently. ABM has very antiquated software for its size and income, but they do have automatic payments which I had signed up for. Recently I lost my credit card and replaced it, and it was the payment method I used to pay for parking. Most businesses, like *** or any other business will notify you if your payment method is not going through. Not ABM! I got an email saying they were charging me a $30 late fee and when I called they said they had given me a 5 day grace ******* but I had no idea the payment wasnt going through, so I had no idea there was a problem until I got charged. I talked to the manager and the facility manager and both of them said that there was nothing they could do, despite my payments never having been late. Their office number for the ******************* is *************

ABM COMPLAINT Issued a $68.00 ticket for allegedly parking illegally on the 12/21/24 at 7:47 pm. This parking lot has been used in the past, for the Deyor arts and entertaining facility. If this parking lot was not a parking destination for the Deyor (concert) then measures should have been taken to acknowledge that fact. If the lot was being used as parking for the concert, then a reminder could have been stuck to my driver's side window about a parking fee. I would have sought out the attendant and paid the fee. However, there were no barriers to keep people from parking. An attendant was not present during our arrival. If fact after the concert we did see any signs of an attendant. However, he or she must have been in the area, a ticket was issued about 20 minutes after we arrived. The lot was full of vehicles. In my opinion this is a form of entrapment. There were no cones or gates to stop people from parking. Once people parked and left for the concert it was too late. Tickets were issued. If cones or barriers were in place, we would have found other means to park.

On January 3rd, 2025, around 7:40PM, I entered the parking garage of ********************** (Lucky Strike Bowling) and was immediately approached by the parking guards. Per the guards: Its $100 to park during the hours of 1PM to 9PM. If you wish to leave then let us know. I told them I wish to ****** my little brother / his girlfriend into the building and then move my car and they confirmed. However, upon exiting, the parking worker told me its still $100 to leave in spite of the aforementioned agreement in a blatantly disrespectful tone - to which I called 911.

I visited ********* for Thanksgiving and made a SpotHero reservation to park in the *** lot at 1935 **************** from 11/26-11/30. Within hours of arriving in ********* on 11/26 and parking my ****** Rav-4 in the lot, my driver's side window was smashed in. There was nothing visible to steal sitting out in the car. I am attaching the police report. There was one other car parked in the lot (which arrived at the same time as me) and that car, too, had a smashed-in window. I'm attaching a picture of both cars--mine is the one in black. My Thanksgiving with family was then ruined, as I had to spend the next few days figuring out how to clean up all the glass, put plastic over my window, find an alternative place to park, get my window repaired before a long drive back to ********, etc.. I was eventually able to get the window repaired on 11/29 at a cost of $464.37; I am attaching the receipt. Based on the fact that the only two cars in the lot were broken into within hours of parking there, this was clearly not a safe place to park and should not have been advertised as such. For that reason, I am requesting $500 from you to account for the cost of the repair, plastic for the window, and the additional parking charges I had to incur elsewhere.

10/15/24 9:15 am parked in the garage for a doctors appointment and even asked the attendant for help locating the building. She led me through a door to the office without informing me of needing to pay a fee to park in the garage. Payment for parking signs are only located on the outside of the building facing the building. You can not see them while driving into the parking garage and can only see them while exiting out the main entrance. There were no signs inside the parking garage indicating they needed payment. After coming back at 9am to leave my car was gone and an attendant could be seen taking pictures of other cars and calling the tow immediate after the owner of the car left. I then had to **** to the towing company and waited an hour to get my car back with a $157 fee for 30 minutes of parking during a doctors appointment.

Date of incident: Sept 9, ********** : Philadelphia Transaction ID: *********** I parked my car at ARB Parking for a period of 8 days checking in on Aug ******* and checking out on Sunday, Sept 8, 7:30 AM.While removing my car I noticed that my windshield was cracked( it was not cracked at the time of parking). I informed the person at the check-in counter and they said that they can take no liability of this as it is a self-parking lot and owner is responsible for anything that happens to the car. I asked for video footage to see if my car was tampered with and they said they do not have CCTV footage. Please note 24 Hour video surveillance is mentioned at the parking lot. The booking also mentions "Camera Surveillance" and "24 hour security".When asked to clarify this, they mentioned that only the check-in counter is under video surveillance and not the entire property. They also mentioned some construction happening nearby causing them to remove the cameras around the area where my car was parked. Further, the person at the counter refused to share his name and when asked if the site guarantees no theft, said that they cannot confirm anything as it is the parking person's liability. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of accountability, false advertising and the quality of service at this parking spot. I will also have to replace my windshield as the crack is over 12 inches long. This booking was made through an integrator service *******. I reached out to Way and they said they have no liability in this case. Hope BBB is able to enforce accountability on this business

On 7/15/2024 I parked in this companies parking garage around 12:15pm. Upon exiting around 2:30pm I put a $20 bill in the machine for a $4 parking fee. The machine did not give me change. The employee instructed me to pull over by the curb. He instructed me to email the the refunds and accounts payable on the business card he gave me. I asked for the ticket, but he took it from me when I first called him over. He almost acted like this a common problem. Knew exactly what to do. Wry nice employee and was trying to help. I reached out to the company via email on 7/16/2024. I have not from them at all and have sent follow up emails. I have a feeling Im not the only one that is having this problem with this parking garage. I just want my money owed back to me. Its right by the hospital and we have enough bills, let alone a company that wont even refund for their malfunctioning equipment. Thank you and I hope you can help me resolve this!

i had a reservation from 6/12-6/16 at phl location for parking.upon arriving at pick up zone on my arrival day, i requested for pick up through their website.webpage said wait 10-15min. after 20 min i called 3 times to finally talk to someone and was told to just wait as they are busy.person who answered the call was very rude and just kept telling me to wait without saying where the driver is or when driver will be here.after 30min, i called multiple times but call was never answered.at 33min ***** driver came. when i asked why it took him so long, he said because they are busy.it is not customer's fault that they didn't hire more drivers if they were truly busy. if they weren't busy and just showed up late, that is even more unacceptable. it is also very unprofessional not to pick up the phone. what if it was someone who was requesting for a pickup?i asked for my money back and they told me because i bought the ticket through way.com (platform for reserving parking), i would need to talk to them. when i contacted way.com, they told me it is not their responsibility. so neither party is taking responsibility.attaching an invoice of payment and also screenshot of webpage that i took when the driver finally came.i would like to get my money back.
