      This the worst customer service i have ever been in contact with. I order my mom a pair of shoes from ******************* on 07-21-2022 for her birthday 07-30-2022 in had to return them for a bigger size. They received the shoes back in took over 2 weeks to credit my account back. I placed another order after they kept giving me the run around about not having a bigger size, so I totally ordered a different kind after weeks when by. I ordered another style in paid for them before I received the first refund back. After all of this time 2 months went by I ordered the shoes in received them 09-25-2022 in they was a totally different shoe I didnt order in i called them back in told them I received the wrong shoe. The manager told me that they was sorry in to return the shoes again. I called them back in told them I had returned the shoes back to *** in she told me my money was refunded in it will take up to 7 days again. I tried to place another order in she told me that the shoes I ordered wasnt in stock in that I could find a different pair to order in that same style so I asked her about another pair in she told me they was in stock in she would ship them out on the 2 day shipping at no charge. I let my mom know in she said ok so I called back to place the order and the manager told me to ask for him in he would make sure everything is the shoes get shipped right out. I tried to place the order with the agent that answered because she said the manager was busy on another call, now she tell me the shoes not in stock and I couldnt speak to the manager about it. I will not do any buisness with ******************* ever again very bad service after i have made many purchases from them.

      4th request: : No white protective bag for storing received with my handbag Order #:wg94758699 Order Date:Aug 4, 2022 Good day I received my new Michael Kors handbag.It is beautiful.BUT:I am very disappointed to inform you that: The white protective bag is not included/is missing from my bag received today. I hereby kindly request for you to send me my white protective Michael Kors bag, in order for me to store my bag like all my other Michael Kors bags. (I currently have 12 Michael Kors handbags and all of them do have the white protective bag included.)Kindest regards *************************************

      They attach small, clear 'zip ties' to every part of the item, requiring it to be removed, to even open or inspect the bag/product. I purchased 2 bags, totally about $1000.00 online, and one had two smaller bags attached inside, and the ONLY way to even get them out of the larger bag, to look at them, was to cut the tiny clear ties. The bag was much larger than I expected, and the materials were so heavy, and felt like plastic, not leather. Even tho the main labels/tags were still intact, they would not let me return or exchange it! So now I'm stuck with a useless $700 bag!! They purposely make it where you have to remove those ties, and wrap it in so much paper, that it's impossible to keep those all in place, and therefore, due to their policy, it can't be returned...pretty much a scam, where the customer always loses! Their CSvc is beyond rude and non helpful! I can see why they have an F rating!!

      I am a loyal customer to **********************, and sometimes I order from the website when I don't have time to visit a store. I recently placed a order for my Birthday and noticed right away that it had my old address as the shipping address. I called right away to have the issue fixed and low and behold they say that it can not be switched or canceled. So you are telling me that an order placed 2 mins ago can not be canceled nor changed? After days of conversations with customer service and still no change. I will now have to dispute with bank and the reps saw my previous order went to my current address. So sad as now I will be taking my business else where. Michael Kors really need to work on your ordering systems and the staff you have working for you as they are rude!

      Horrible customer service. I bought shoes for a party in October 2021 that had to be rescheduled due to Covid until July 2022. The shoes I bought and wore for 4 hours literally fell apart. I showed pictures and asked for my money back. I was told I was out of the warranty period but could pay to have them fixed? They fell apart. Why should I pay to fix shoes that were barely worn and fell apart? The product was defective and the customer service horrible. They quality of the products has gone down and they don't care about the customer. Absolutely disgraceful. I expect more from a company like Michael Kors. It shows they don't care about their customers at all.

      Ordered a purse from them online. Started using the purse and noticed an odor coming form the bag that smelled like mildew. Contacted them and was told since I used the bag there was nothing they could do. I suggest not buying from them as they do not stand behind their products. Poor purse and poor customer service. Buyer beware.

      the customer service ***** i will never buy from michael kors ever again it has been almost 4 weeks and my issue has not been resolved tried calling the corporate office what a joke they are they never answer the phone
