      AS A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER I HAD PURCHASED A GIFT TO MYSELF (WHICH I NEVER DO) I OBVIOUSLY HAD BOUGHT MYSELF A PRICY GIFT AS I DESERVE. I ACCIDENTALLY SHIPPED IT TO MY PREVIOUS ADDRESS (BC OF AUTO FIL) AND AS SOON AS I PLACED THE ***** I CALLED TO IMMEDIATELY CHANGE IT (LITERALLY MINUTES LATER).. NOPE. THEY DON'T CARE.. THEY TOOK MY $$ WITHIN SECS THEY TOLD ME THERE'S IS NOTHING THEY COULD DO BUT TO SHIP IT TO THE ADDRESS I'M NO LONGER AT. EVEN CALLED MY BANK RIGHT AFTER BUT THEY IMMEDIATELY TOOK MY $$$ SMFH BUT CAN SEND AN EMAIL TO THE WEARHOUSE TO "POSSIBLY" CANCEL IT AND I WOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITHIN THE NEXT HOUR.. NEVER DID! THIS IS DAY 4 AND STILL NO EMAIL. I'VE CALLED NUMEROUS TIME.S. THE NEXT DAY WHEN I CALLED...MY ITEM STILL WASNT SHIPPED AND WAS AT THE WAREHOUSE. I PURCHASED THIS ITEM WHY CAN'T STOP IT IF I PAID FOR IT. ALL THEY SAID ONCE I GET AN EMAIL SAYING MY EXSPENSIVE ITEM GOT TO DELIVER TO MY PREVIOUS ADDRESS (WHICH NOW LIVE ***************) TO CALL THEM BACK AND THEY CAN POSSIBLY CAN COME TO AN RESOLUTION. UM EXCUSE ME!!... YOU KNOW THIS PACKAGE IS BEING SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND ISN'T SHIPPED AT THE MOMENT WHY CANT WE DO A RESOLUTION RIGHT NOW!! AND JUST GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I WILL NEVER SPEND MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS IGNORANT COMPANY. THIS IS INSANE! THEY INSTANTLY TAKE YOUR $ WITHIN SECONDS AND DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER, FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AT THAT! NO F****** BUENO HERE GUYS! SHOP ELSEWHERE WHERE THEY CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMER & WILL DO RIGHT BY THEM. SHAME ON YOU MK AND YOUR S***** TEAM/EMPLOYEES!

      Pretty bad experience. I ordered quite a few times and did not have issues until recently. I placed an order with an Apple Pay and for whatever reason the shipping address showed only the city. It was clearly not my mistake. I ordered from their website multiple times and my address is indicated in my profile. So I never got the package that I paid over $500 for and no refund or apologies.. Dollar store have a better customer service.

      Poor poor customer service at the ***** ******* ******** store. Felt harassed by sales clerk. She continued to not want me to have item in my hand as I walked through the store. I picked is large purse up to show my sister who was in the back of the store n browsed until she came closer. This woman brow beat me to let her take the purse. We left the store. I was totally insulted. Went back in to tell her to refresh her customer service skills. Manger came over and said thank you. Shopping While Black is how she made me feel. I spent my money at *****.

      Michael Kors is a dishonest company. I ordered 2 purses that were on sale from their website on 1/29. The order arrived on 2/6. Received an email on 2/6 Congrats, your order as arrived!. The first purse had only three color options when I placed my order and the color I chose was confirmed in my order confirmation. The bag they sent me was not even an color option and STILL isnt on their website. The second purse only had ONE option when I ordered and they sent me the WRONG color! How is that possible.? Tried to call several times but the number listed on their website sends you straight to a Medical Alert salesperson. Tried to chat and it disconnected me three times! Submitted a request for a refund and they sent me label that stated Your purchase is available for refund by 1/31/23! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE THE ***** ON 2/6 AND GET A RETURN LABEL THAT EXPIRED SIX DAYS PRIOR?! Disputed the charge on my credit card and NEVER doing business with Michael Kors again!

      purchased this bag on 10/30/2022 it arrived on 11/2/2022, had the bag for a little over 3 months, and I noticed some scuff marks on the left and right bottom of the bag. MK is supposed to Durable purse,.This is not a ***** or ******* bag. And the fact I chose to buy MK for the quality. I asked for a replacement or refund I was denied.
      how do I not know this bag maybe have been setting in a warehouse for who knows how long and dried out? This is not supposed to happen to an MK bag, in a short amount of time. This is not acceptable...... I am very disappointed. I will not take my business elsewhere **** *****, ***** . They did not try and make it right, I asked for MGR, waiting on a call back...Not professional. Be aware consumers

      I have 30-year old ***** purses that last longer than 4 year old Michael Kors purses! When I reached out to customer service, like most others, there was no resolve. The person was not concerned at all. RUN from Michael Kors!

      I placed an online order for a gift for my wife, for our wedding anniversary. Unknowly I entered in the section of "TO" for the Gift Note my own name instead of my wife's as it auto entered some info. I didn't realize that in the "TO" section of the Gift Note my name was in it. I placed the ordered and at that point I realized that I had entered my name in the "TO" section. I reached out to Michael Kors via Chat online. The representative stated they cannot modify orders once they have been placed. I informed the representative I am not canceling the order or changing the item ordered, I am wanting to change the "TO" name on the Gift Note. She informed that it is not possible. I have not ever heard of anything like this before with any other retailer. I will say, you think something as simple as chaning a name on a Gift Note would be something super easy to change and modify at the request of a customer, but not with **********************. I am very disappointed with Michael Kors customer service.

      I do quite a bit of online shopping. In my experience, Michael Kors has one the worst customer service teams in the industry. They have no basic courtesy or empathy. They do not respond to email messages. They lack adequate knowledge to answer basic questions. Very disappointing to say the least.

      The purse came with a bent clasp from poor packaging. Later after removing the tags to take to work. I noticed the metal hardware was scuffed. **************** acted as though they were going to assist but later changed their mind. Its sad that you buy from a company that doesnt take pride in their shipping operators or customer service.

      My MK account is hacked. A bag was purchased through my account without my permission, which misused my email address, phone number, physical address etc. As it is an online order, I called the customer service immediately to stop & cancel the order. However, they said they cannot do anything about it, and refuse to cancel the online order which is booked 5 minutes ago. Reached out via online chat and email complaint but no luck. I have to see this fraud transaction happens and cant stop it though I notify the merchant immediately.MK is just an accomplice to the fraud transaction! Will never come to the store and delete my account!
