      I ordered two items from Versace when I got home package said delivered I was confused cause it was signature only and I wasnt home so I called and told them I never received package they put in a claim with *** I went to my apt garbage facility and saw the empty Box address to another apt in my complex 2b I never received goods Versace wont give me money or products back because they sent wrong information to *** *** is blaming Versace and Versace is saying I requested address change which is a lie they sent wrong information to *** causing my package to not be delivered to me and they want to deny all accountability and claim they made an investigation in less than 24 hours and they or not liable when they sent my package to 2B and not 12 B

      I ordered a hoodie from Versace and only tried it on once after receiving it (Order number ********). Since the fit was too tight, I requested a return the very next day. I returned the hoodie exactly as I RECEIVED it unworn and in its original condition.However, after the return was delivered, I was informed that there was a hole in the hoodie and that my return was being refused. I was completely unaware of any such damage when I sent it back. And I don't even the location of this hole.Ive since contacted the customer service team in hopes of resolving the issue, but unfortunately, none of the representatives I spoke with were helpful. They kept repeating the same information and offered no resolution or next steps.

      I ordered a gold ladies chain in November of 2024. I received a men's black + sliver bracelet.I reached out to customer service. I was sent a return slip. I returned the item back to you. I received a confirmation email from you about receiving my return. In the email it said my refund would be issued. I NEVER RECEIVED MY ****** BACK!!! So I reached out to my financial institution *********** to recover my money from the transaction. I received provisional credit on my credit card. On February 4, **************************************************************************************************************** good condition. I am very deeply saddened and disappointed.I feel robbed scammed and disrespected.I want my money BACK!!!

      I ordered 4 items and returned 3. I waited and waited, which the normal process takes a long time for Versace for some reason. Finally they credited me my refund....but for only 2 items. I called them and they were giving me some run around. Most of the employees there do not speak English well so at first I thought she didn't understand me but I kept asking the same question in different ways, "did you receive my 3rd item." And she, her name is *****, just kept responding we received your items and it can take 14 days to process. So I'm thinking that means yes? No matter what I ask she would not clarify what she meant. She even followed up the exact same response in an email. I called Versace back so frustrated with the whole situation and started venting my situation. The girl hung up on me. I called again and spoke to Jasmine . She has to escalate the situation to research it. Clearly someone from the warehouse stole the item. There were only 3 items in the box. You can't miss it. and spoke to another Jasmine who said they only received 2 items

      My package was lost. I've contact with Versace customer support, and they refused to file a claim for me. I had to reach out to *** myself and let them check my package. They told me the package was lost, and I begged them to file a claim because Versace refused to do so. After filing the claim, I contacted Versace again and they told me they would follow up with the case. But they didn't. Versace does not provide *** with the required merchandise description. Now *** has to close the claim due to the lack of information. I can't get my money back because Versace's poor customer support. I want refund. It's not my responsibility for the lost package. I just want them to contact with *** and provide the required information so I can get my money back.

      I inadvertently placed an order with Versace and less than a few minutes later I contacted them via email as they were not open on the weekends and stated to not process the order the. I called them first thing in the morning on the following Monday saying the same thing I do not want the order it was ordered by accident I retuned the item and they refuse to give me a refund as it was personalized but I told them immediately when I realized the order went through to not process the order via email

      I ordered shoes however I received the wrong item. I spoke to ***** a client service supervisor who told me she was the only manager over client services and there was no one else I can speak to. She told me I needed to schedule a pickup and call *** that is not my responsibility when the mistake was NOT mine to begin with. Versace needs to arrange pickup and refund me my money!

      I both a pair of black Greca back in 07/07/2023 they luxury shoes came with manufactory defect i contacted the Versace customer services in February this year to start the process of warranty they request for me to send receipts pictures of the items bank statement and much more information finally they come up with the resolution of mail out the shoes to them back in 6/04/2024 at the time I returned the item I did sent an email in advance advising this trashy company that the original acct or debit card that I originally used at the time of this purchased was no longer in used or in services to avoid any potential delay during the process of my refund, they completed dismiss my email, days go by weeks go by and not response from anyone I contacted customer services several time and the customer services disconnect my call several time dismissing my call I request to talk to managers several times they did not wants to talk to me please look or listen to some of the calls that I had mad already to find out how trashy and Getto this customer services is. Button line is that after almost 2 months waiting for my refund and still haven't received my money back, they have the item for 2 months already and still haven't process my refund yet. IM LOOKING FOR MY FULL REFUNDS ALSO 7.65 DOLLARS OF SHIPPING BOX I PURCHASED AT THE **** I SENT THE **** BACK AND A COUPON FOR THE INCONVENIENCE FOR ME TO PURCHASE A NEW PAIR OF SHOES. THIS HAS BEEN INSANE THE AMOUNT OF **** THIS STUPID COMPANY IS TAKING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.IM WILLING TO PROVIDED PROFF OF EMAIL CONVERSATIONS AND NAMES WITH DIFERENT INTERACTIONS FROM CUSTOMER SERVICES.
