      I purchased Versace bag from ***************** but then I wanted to return it. They did not accept the return and said that the receipt writes no credits given. But you never know the return policy until you make purchase and receipt is printed. They never communicate with you or disclose this information either about this. This is a shady business practices hiding behind the misleading information.

      BEWARE! I purchased two pair of mens sunglasses for just over $800.00 and they arrived at a location that was not mine, and signed for by a person who I do not know, and then they "lost them". Versace claims to have delivered to my address, but they did not; I know this because the business who received the glasses called me, but when I arrived to retrieve them they were "lost" Versace did not respond to my over a half dozen emails and phone calls. My credit card will not reverse so I am out $800.00!!

      I recently received a La Medusa Envelope Clutch from Versace as a birthday gift, and my experience with the product and customer service has been disappointing. Upon my first thorough look on the clutch which was today (Feb. 29th), it exhibited multiple damages, including marks, visible glue, tears in the stitching, and scratches. Whats more disheartening is that these damages were present despite the clutch being unused since its receipt in January. I was planning to use it for the first time next month for my husbands best friends wedding. This isnt our first time investing in Versaces products.My attempts to address the issue with Versaces customer service have been met with frustration. I informed them that after I received the gift the first time, I opened the box, looked at the item and went about my day as we were celebrating for my birthday. They finalized that I should keep the bag, attributing the damages to wear and tear, and cited their 30-day return policy.Originally, my husband attempted to purchase two bags resulted in receiving confirmation for both, but Versace canceled the order for the second bag, leaving us with the disappointing clutch.In an effort to address the situation more comprehensively, I contacted my states attorney general to file a general consumer complaint. This decision was prompted by Versace's failure to facilitate a resolution that took into account the specifics of my circumstances. Overall, my experience with Versace has left me questioning the brands commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. I had always associated Versace with superior quality and attention to detail, but this experience has shattered that perception. As a result, I do not plan to purchase any further products from Versace.I cannot recommend Versace based on my recent experience. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is concerning for a brand of this caliber. Buyers beware.

      Buyer beware!!!! Purchased a wallet a month prior and the color and finish started coming off. Called a store in ******* trying to figure out what my options were. Was told that after 14 days there is no warranty and it goes out to a repair shop and you get billed for the repair on a faulty product. By far the worst high end experience I've ever had. Will never purchase anything from this company again.

      Honestly would not recommend I purchased something and they sent me a random watch and then when I asked it took me 3 days a reply and the only thing I could do was send the watch in to get a refund I could not get the one I initially wanted because it sold out even tho I placed the order.

      They dont even deserve one star! If there is zero star option I would select it. This is the worst high end customer service experience I ever had. There is no helping the customer resolve delivery issues. This is how they reply my complaint for the shirt, Hi I just talked to my manager and he told me there is nothing we can do at the store level. There has been no issues with the shirt that we know of so we cant replace it. and I pretty sure there are some quality problems on the shirt that costed me over one thousand bucks. Will never purchase their products.
