I earned a $25.75 uber gift card from their app on May 8, 2024. I emailed them to let them know I never received it. They stopped replying to my emails. It's not fair I wasted my time on this app, when their are legit apps out there.Customer Answer

They are owing me $97.60 dollars. They never respond in the customer service chat. I am missing my rewards for completing my last two tasks of Block puzzle Gems adventure for the score of ******* and ********* and awards of $19.6 and $49 as well as my last task of Triple Tile match puzzle game to finish level 1000 for reward amount of $29.575. Ive completed all of these over 170 hours ago!!!!! Also that never gave me my $0.50 ten day streak bonus neither and I have also messaged them in the app and showed the proofs of everything in which they confirmed everything and then told me to contact again after 48 hours if not rewarded still and I did that too and I am still waiting on the update all to no avail but I am not satisfied with all of the delays and errors that are taking place. Now I am being ignored This is really ridiculous if you ask me. They are active and online yet ignoring my attempts at reaching out to them!!!!!!!! Benjamin offers cash rewards based on completion of challenges they set for games available through their app. I completed a challenge within the required time limit and wasn't credited the reward. I contacted support and I believe, because of the sum of the reward, they are trying to get out of resolving the issue.Business Response

Multiple of their game offers were false advertising, as they offer you big payouts and then refuse to payout. I spent hours playing to reach the milestones and they refuse to payout $10.39. They always use the excuse that the developer has not paid them and refuse any accountability. Once I reached out to fix the issue they started to ignore my messages, I followed up 4 different days in a row and they refuse to respond or pay the amount they offered. Then they lowball you with ridiculously low compensation compared to the false advertising reward they first offered.Customer Answer
