    I earned money through Benjamin and tried to withdraw the amount that I earned, and they restricted my account sp that I was unable to withdraw. I reached out to them and they passed my email around to a few people, then sent me an email saying that my account violated their ****************** and deleted my account with zero explanation other then they do not want to pay me what I earned.

    Benjamin is a rewards app. I downloaded and joined the app a few weeks ago. I downloaded a game offer which allowed me to collect rewards for hitting certain points in the game. I spent $100 to earn close to $300. I tried to withdraw earnings and at first it wasn't allowed. Then I went to log in to the app and was locked out. I went on ******** to seek help from them and they sent a message that I violated terms and services. Which I certainly did not.

    I have completed two offers so far, one for TikTok for a $6 reward and another for Chime $350 reward for first time users. I have completed the required steps and have not received my reward. The customer support keeps telling me to contact revu bounty for my rewards. **** is a publishers website and you must have a company to register an account. I have no access to revu and cant get any help from their email support either. Terrible business!

    I started using this app about 3 weeks ago. I downloaded 3 games and started playing them. I checked back on the app to make sure tracking was working at each milestone in the beginning, which it was for the first several goals so I stopped checking. I completed one games goals entirely. Went to check and see the progress in the app and it had stopped tracking mid game. Not just that game but all 3 did. They tracked just fine when the reward was .10, .25, and .75 cents payouts but all stopped tracking when the reward was going to be a $ amount. I contacted customer service and sent them a screen recording like they asked. I didn't use a VPN, didn't use multiple devices. The error was not on my end and sketchy how all 3 games stopped tracking when the reward was a $ amount, tracking worked just fine when the reward was less than a $. **************** said they were sorry and they couldn't reward me for the goal even though they had proof I had completed the game goals and the error was on their end. Also, I had spent money to progress through the game faster to reach the goals so I lost money, time and rewards. I'm pretty sure this is a scam and they have the tracking disconnect so they don't have to pay higher rewards but still get people to try the games and hopefully not notice it shut off. I've used Swagbucks for years and never had this issue. This company shouldn't be allowed to scam people like this.

    I earned $50 doing surveys and playing Dice dreams fair and square. I even used some of my own money to speed up progress in the games. when I went to cash out my money my withdrawal was "put on hold" when I reached out to customer service they said that I would need to wait 7 days for a review by an "account specialist" today I went to sign onto the Benjamin app the very next day and I couldn't get into my account. they banned me and stole the money I earned. It was bad enough that their video ads falsely advertise no minimum cash out but this is blatant deception.

    They will just not give me my money that I've earned and their excuse is that the options of banks to connect are not currently supported by the app,but I also had a chime account linked and it wouldn't let me send the money there either,and now I'm being told I have to wait a whole month to even try to add another account to withdraw my money to.

    I didn't receive my cash reward nor my cash back rewards. The cyber app is fraudulent. I want to sue them for $30.99.

    They removed my banking information and refused to allow anyone to change their phone number on app. They also use Plaid, which automatically uses the wrong number. I have lost money because of this

    So I used this app to do offers before so I go to there support and ask if my dad could use it also the lady said yes that her husband and her both use Benjamin in the same household so I was like ok thanks and my dad signed up he spent a lot of time and even some money completing offers expecting everything to be fine well he goes to withdraw money he made and his account is closed he emails them gets not reply for a week or so so I go on my account and ask what t he issue is and they first said he didnt ever have a account then I sent in the email you get when you first sign up showing he did have one well then a few days later his account is closed still and my account is also the reason they say is fraud now how is this possible if there own support told me this was safe that me and my dad both had accounts? And that she even has a account with her and her husband I asked them this they would not say anything to this I even asked should she not be fired or there accounts be deactivated at the very least like if a cop tells you to pull over in a no park zone and another cop pulls up and is like you can park here you just say that cop told me to park here and everything is fine im not even sure it 2 accounts isnt allowed as the support lady told me it was im just using the parking thing as a example hopefully you can help me with this my dad has credit on his account he would of used for gas to take my family back and forth from the doctor as we have to go many times a month I have added a screenshot of the lady telling me it will be fine if my dad signs *** in the option below my dads account is is ********************* before they closed it mine was *********************

    I completed a offer on there page and they refuse to pay me asking for proof which I provided and they had me wait for days just to deny me I just want my money I used my hard earned money for they are saying they don't support it the app but it's right there that I completed everything and they say they won't pay for no reason
