      I needed an Advance. Took the cash advance along with having to accept the subscription that they **** on you before you can get the advance. They charge 8.99 a month. I canceled it and they still charged me 8.99 saying that because I had it for 30days they cant Refund me. I told that ***** lady that she told me that the last time I asked for a refund. **t this time.run me my 8.99 that they took out of my account today!! ** sir ** maam. **t today !! Lets go !! Piece of s*** Company

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Brigit regarding intentional privacy violations and deceptive practices that have deeply impacted my trust and privacy.On December 26, 2023, I made the decision to cancel my account with ******************** due to unethical practices, including the requirement to pay for a subscription in order to qualify for a cash advance. Upon cancellation, I received a confirmation email stating that my account had been successfully deleted.However, it has recently come to my attention that despite this confirmation, Brigit continued to access my bank account and send text messages regarding my account balance. This deliberate and deceptive behavior suggests that Brigit intentionally withheld the cancellation of my account in hopes that I would reconsider and return to their service.This discovery, four months after my initial cancellation request, is not only shocking but also deeply concerning. It is evident that Brigit prioritizes their own financial gain over the privacy and rights of their users.Furthermore, the difficulty in canceling my subscription and disconnecting my bank account highlights ********************* intentional barriers to prevent users from leaving their service. This manipulative tactic is unacceptable and further demonstrates Brigits disregard for consumer rights and privacy.As a result of these intentional privacy violations and deceptive practices, I am not only seeking legal counsel but also urging relevant authorities to thoroughly investigate Brigits operations. It is clear that Brigits business practices are unethical and pose a significant risk to consumers.I implore you to take immediate action to address these concerns and hold Brigit accountable for their actions. Consumers deserve transparency, honesty, and respect from companies, and Brigit has failed to meet these basic standards.I demand a thorough investigation into Brigits practices and appropriate penalties for their deceptive behavior.

      Canceled a plus subscription to them on March 15th and downgraded to the free plan. Got charged this morning for the plus subscription in the amount of $8.99.When I contacted support, I was given a ***** explanation on how I opted into the charges because I signed up for plus and how they wouldnt honor my refund.Ill be contesting all charges with my bank.Steer clear from this company.

      Taking a membership fee of $9.99 every month from my account without my permission. I have revoke authorization to them to stop taking funds out of my bank account. They need to refund my account. I am tired of getting the run around from this business

      I had downloaded this app due to loan options. It ask for my information just like other companies due when it comes to loans and so on. Once it had got my information including my bank account information and seen my account information as in direct deposit and transaction. They had told me I didn't have a enough monthly direct deposits to be approved for anything. The amounts required was under the amount of my monthly deposits. The refuse to look in to it when I had asked about it. I had asked they many time to remove my bank information from the app being you can't do it manually yourself. I asked for all my personal information and identity to be removed. They only agreed to deactivating my account. Which I had planned on doING only after my information for my bank to be removed. So they don't have the information anymore they refused to do so. I had asked for a phone number to contact them directly and they refused. I asked to speak with a agent many times they said I can only respond through email. I had contacted them through email before this and nothing happened as if the email is a bot as well as the chat. Refusing to allow me to speak to a real person and refusing to remove my bank account with my own personal bank and refusing to fix any problems. I have reason to believe this is a company going around and collecting identities and playing along as if it is a real company. Like allowing some people to get the loan just so it doesn't look fake. Like these with much bigger bank accounts I think they fake it just to gain there trust and the other who also have enough not not large enough they say they aren't approved when they met all the requirements needed. I would like to report this company and have my information removed from their company completely. As well as anyone else who has this same problem and wish for companies like this to not have a company because it is false and a lie and they don't follow their own agreements due to the requirements.

      These people are straight up crooks. They gave me an advance which was great. I paid it back, early even. Then refused to give me another one. I'm on the free plan and have been for probably 2 weeks. They just hit my card for a subscription fee, for a service they won't even let me use. There's no customer service number, no chat with a live agent, just a lame chat bot that is useless, and tells you someone will contact you in several business hours which never, ever happens. DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!!!!
