      I didn't want to have to do this, but I have had no resolution to any of my problems. I needed help making my first payment for a ****** so they put me on a payment plan--- a payment plan for EVERY single bill I had on the app!! ---until 2026!!! I only needed help with ONE bill, in which I had already paid off because I was going to be uploading a new one! No one told me that every bill on my app would go into a payment plan as well! Now I am screwed with my future payments and unable to upload a new bill until all is paid off!!! My account is locked! They also found me savings with my Internet bill that I didn't even ask for!! Now I have to pay them half!

      I just started a membership. Was charged ***** to start, then the only lent me ****** so I wanted to cancel because it was not enough to cover my bill of ****** they emailed me back stating not to cancel. Then told me if I pay *************************** 4 payments. By this time I could have paid for the bill but they had took most of my money in fees. Not to mention my bill was processed late my internet and cable service is interrupted and more fees are piling on and I have yet to hear a response about my account.

      This was my first time using Deferit. I had a bill that needed to be paid via ACH to post to my account right away. The payment method they used was a check and now my water has been disconnected. The manager was willing to work with me if someone spoke with her but they never responded to her. I have sent several emails to see if payment method could be changed. Please beware.

      My only downfall is how long it takes for them to reply when you contact support.And the fact that they can't change where your deposit goes back to otherwise, they are great.But i definitely will use them in the future

      I was charged the initial fee to use the program which was $29.98 and know where on the app did it state that California was not apart of the 4 payment plan. They did not inform me until I paid that amount. I instantly cancelled my membership once I seen I wasnt offered the program and they refuse to send me my money back. They need to state what states qualify ! I obviously need the payment plan because Im struggling. Without stating what states qualify, this is false advertisement. I just want my money back.
