    While Findigs is clear that applications are none refundable they are not honest about their credit check policy and impacts on your credit. They claim it is a soft check and that if denied for a property the application cost can be moved to another property. This is not entirely true. You will just keep getting denied even if your credit was not checked.

    To clarify, Findigs conducts a soft credit inquiry, which does not impact your credit score. Our goal is to provide property managers with a thorough and fair evaluation based on multiple factors beyond just credit. While application fees are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another participating property if eligibility criteria allow. However, each property manager sets their own screening requirements, which may affect application outcomes.

    This company appears to be a scam. They will take your application money($50) per person & tell you after that the property is no longer available! Viewed a property on 10/27/24 & applied on 10/29/24 along with a co applicant all to be told 2 hours later that the property is no longer available! Ive attached pictures that still states the property is available. Give me my $100 back asap! Please dont do business with them

    Findigs was the company Century 21 Accent Homes used to process our rental application. I checked with my work place, my current landlord and the references we provided and not one of them were contacted. We were not chosen for the rental. They wanted access to secure private data. This is a scam company and we want our application fee back since they did not process our application as indicated.

    This platform as well as property management firms on it claim that application fees are refundable. When that was actually requested, they said it is not refundable, but it is transferable.When that was requested, it turns out it is not generally transferable, but only transferable within a company's own listings and subject and only at that company's discretion. Overall, false and misleading claims were made costing our group of applicants hundreds of dollars. If the representation were honest, we would not have applied.

    06/22/2024 $49.99 *********** made me release all of my vital information. Including bank statements, my EIM for my business, and my 2023 tax form. Then, they went ahead and asked me for the $49.99 application fee and within 24 hours denied me saying that I altered documents. This is untrue. I want a refund of my money and I want them investigated. I was reading reviews and see that this is happened to multiple people. Once I did all of this, I started getting a ton of scam calls. I think that they also sold my information. I am worried now about them having access to everything provided to them for this property rental. There is no way that I could have been denied based on income. I have no evictions or bankruptcy. I was more than qualified. They just wanted the money for the app and to sell my information. I feel scammed.

    My problem is ** considered about be taking a picture of my drivers license so I can go see this house for rent American Ave needed to see who was looking at the house before they give me to code to enter the property I went there it was a nice house then I just felt something wasnt right I start to read reviews and everybody was getting turned down for these homes and they keeping there application fees I never finished my application after reading this but they have my license I dont want them to do anything with it the house address was ********************************************************************* so Findigs keep emailing to finish my application Im not doing anything its a scam they also text me from this number ************** Saying finish you application get first dib on your house its like they harassing me now I dont want no identity theft or anything happing Im so worried about my drivers license I had to screen shot and send to them please help me

    This company is a mess! It ruined my whole application I did a group application it put all my girlfriends income under my name! they dont even have customer support Or correct instructions I needed to moved but it looks like Im not going anywhere thanks to this **** horrible company if I dont get my house I need my **** money back asap! Im highly upset

    Found a house on mituala website that was rented by Am****** A** through a website named Findigs. It also left a phone number to text. Upon texting with someone from this company they told me the house that I was seeking was occupied but they had another one available. Gave me the address and told me to view the house. I decided that I like the house and reached back out to them to start the application process. After linking my bank account for verification they tried to log into my account. They also tried to create an IDme account through the *** under my email address. Luckily I already had an account. I then reached out to American Ave telling them what happened and they sent me an email telling me to fill out the application on ***********. After filling out the application and paying $50 they told me that I didn't qualify for the house but after checking my credit report they never did a credit inquiry. Afterwards I received an email stating that a new device that I hadn't linked connected to my bank account without authorization. I quickly reached out to Findigs and to them to delete and my account... They refused stating that I had to reach out to American Ave and ask them to close the account... I would like a full refund and my account information removed from their database. This company is ran by some Indian parent company and they are scam artist!

    I had to resubmit an application due to inaccuracy. Instead of findigs running the report again they used the same inaccurate application for multiple homes.

    On December 2, 2023 my husband and I submitted a rental application for a property in ********** **. We were charged $65.00 each, so a total of $130.00 for this application and process. We proceeded to fill out all of the information and submit the needed documents to verify income and employment. Things started getting frustrating when they demanded complete access to my bank accounts and 6 months' worth of unedited bank account statements. I explained that I was not comfortable linking my bank account with my log in and that I was not comfortable submitted bank statements with sensitive documentation like account numbers, access numbers, and complete history of spending, savings, cds, etc. They told me this was the only way to verify my income. I chose to move forward with the process without my income as my husband makes well over their required 2.5 times the monthly rent in income. He immediately received notice via email that he was declined due to insufficient income. We emailed back right away saying there must be some mistake as we know what our income is and he makes well over their required amount, we even highlighted his income and earned income to date. They responded that they calculated a different amount and that is what they are basing it off. We emailed again asking them if they knew how to read a government LES, asking them to relook and if we could issue another document. They have not responded. There is no phone number to reach someone in person and when visiting their site, we tried their chat option and were told the only way to resolve any issue is to email. We want a resolution, and we want our application fees back. We feel like this has been a money grab or an attempt by the company to deny our application which included a service animal without denying us based on the service animal.
