Searched and viewed houses on americanave.com. Found a home that I was interested in and submitted an application along with a $40 fee to a screening company they use named findigs . I eventually received an email congratulating me , saying that my application for this specific property was approved (have to list address of property on application) prior to that I would regularly check the status of my application on thier portal and where it previously stated pending, it now said approved in green letters. So the email stated that someone would be in touch with me soon, to sign lease, submit deposit, first month rent etc. That never happened. They don't have a phone all correspondence is done by email or chat, both can take days before getting a reply. So to make sure I don't miss anything I check the portal daily. Well 4 days after approval it says that my application was canceled. I had put in an electric service request for that address because I was expecting to move. Not to mention I had ordered items based on that specific house, because I was supposed to be moving into that home. I want to proceed with moving into the home or if it is now unavailable then a home with the same number of bedrooms/bathrooms and charged the price for the home i was approved for $824 monthly, as well as them providing a better means of contact

On Tuesday July 25, I filled out an application with Findings.com to be a cosigner for my sister **** Homes for the property at ********************************************************* . The Property Manager **** with *************** in ********** ** at ************ sent me the link to fill out the application. On July 28th, I was sent a denial letter stating that I didn't make 3x the rent and that my credit score was 680. I then reached back out to the Findgs/*************** and advised them that my application was submitted as a cosigner and that they need to reconsider the application after they combine the two applications and income. In less than 10 minutes they sent me another email stating that the application was denied because of Income and that they couldn't verify my employment (despite the fact that I provided them with access to my ADP to show my paystubs/income). They also stated that my credit score was 680, so I pulled my credit scores from all 3 bureaus and all three of them were over 725.********************* and I have reached out Finding/*************** more than 3 times to have our applications reviewed, which they sent us attachments to go back in and update what they stated was missing information; however, we still could not get back into application to update. I even contacted their Tech Support team to gain access to my application, with no results. My self and ********************* have spoken via email and on the phone with several individuals: ************************* <****************************> ********************* (***************; ********************* (***************) <*********************** At this point we want our applications reconsidered or reimburse us for the application fee of $75.00 each (total $150.00). The simply fact that no one reached out to me regarding any missing information until it was declined, tells me that they never consider us for that home and only wanted to scam ********************* and myself out of the money.
