      Absolute scam of a company and should be avoided at all costs. They have caused issues with the entire 'replacement of security deposit' scummy business model that has hurt both myself as a renter and made it more difficult for my previous management company. Trying to get in touch with their customer support has been a nightmare as they are basically non-existent and do not care about client-satisfaction in any way as long as they can get their money, which they will do by charging any and all accounts they have access to without ever consulting you about it. The worst mistake I ever made was to use this deplorable service and I would recommend that everyone stay as far away from this scam as absolutely possible to save countless months of headache and trouble with near nonexistent resolution on their end. They will gladly lie to your face about how their services work because you do not know any better and get away with it because they will never follow-up with anything except for taking your money when they wish.

      We are property owners with several tenants using Obligo. Weve had 4 move outs and our property manager has unsuccessfully reached out multiple times for Obligo to pay out. This has been going on for about 3 months. Weve lost hope Obligo will pay the thousands of dollars owed us and now plan to have tenants discontinue Obligo. Hopefully, we will receive rents and damages on these moveouts this way. Would never use them again and hoping we havent lost all our tenants deposits by using Obligo

      We paid them for 3yrs, mived out left the place same way if nt cleant the when we moved in a still charged us the entire deposit. Even tho we are in a dispute with the rental company ( realty medics) I would not refer or recommend any one to use this company ot is very much a scam.

      This is a scam. It would have cost us less to pay a security deposit than to use them. Over the course of our rental, we paid Obligo $641. Upon moving out, the landlord charged us $463, most of which were contested charges. Obligo didnt use the $641 to pay this obligation, but instead, came after us for even more money. We would have been better off paying the security deposit and getting $463 less back than paying Obligo for doing absolutely nothing. This company makes money by leaching off others.
