    They set expiration dates that are very short, so that if you don't use it in time they pocket the money. Its frustrating that you essentially can never use the full amount of the giftcard balance, because you always have to have enough money left to pay for the entire transaction (ie can't combine with a credit card to use the last few dollars for example). These are the ways the company seems to make money, and makes it intentionally difficult to use the entirety of the balance. Better to give a giftcard to a respect retailer (target, ******, etc) so the full balance can be used and so it does not expire.

    These cards are fraudulent. Every place I've tried to use it says it is not a real card number. I don't want to get arrested for trying to use some company's fraud cards.

    Terrible, shady company, like other prepaid **** companies. They use *** time, when they know most people aren't aware of it, so the entire amount will expire, and the customer just loses the whole amount. Also, there's been times when it expired even before *** time on the last day it's valid, and Tremendous won't do anything about it. No amount of emails will get them to change their mind, especially if you appear to be certain ethnicities they hate, including from their customer service abroad. As with other organizations, Tremendous is more lenient to certain ethnicities based on name, and harsh/unbending to stigmatized ethnicities, and the biases are pervasive around the world. Never mind you're just American, and much more American than they are. Stay away from this shady, discriminatory, ************. Companies, if you're looking for a way to provide rewards/compensation, don't use Tremendous, and don't use any prepaid card companies. Provide incentives through a different method, like ******, ACH transfer, check, or at least a retail gift card that doesn't expire. I've lost $500+ in hard-earned cash through ***** prepaid card companies like Tremendous that purposely use *** time, or have cards even expire before the *** time, and then don't do anything about it, unless you seem to be a favored ethnicity. Stay away and boycott!

    The ability to select a preferred payment option is impressive and attractive. On my first visit to the page to claim my reward, I found it intuitive and easy to navigate, without needing any support or instructions.
