This is falso advertisement. This facility is selling a membership for full access yet they are not providing full amenities that are advertised. The PT Manager, *****, is unconcerned. The place is dirty and dusty and yet there's no consideration or compensation offered to resolve the issue or satisfy a customer.

I signed up for 90 days of training with ***** ********. She knew I was pregnant. On May 29th, she trained me on leg day - which landed me in the hospital with a subchorionic hemorrhage. After that, I was placed on pelvic rest and informed the gym via email on June 10th that I could no longer train for medical reasons. No one responded.I followed up by email again June 14th and texted Corin directly. No reply. No how are you? No hows the baby? Nothing. Just silence. So much for caring about your clients. We were still being scheduled and charged for training sessions - even though our 90 days had ended June 2nd and I had clearly told ***** a month prior that we were not renewing. They even acknowledged a session on June 5th that I never attended, which makes me question the integrity of how sessions are being marked. Finally, we get a call from the front desk girl - not our trainer - on June 15th telling us we needed to come in and sign a paper to cancel. Why werent we told that when we declined the renewal weeks ago? When we came in June 16th to cancel due to medical reasons, we were asked if my best friend and I were a couple and if this was our baby. Completely unprofessional, wildly inappropriate, and flat-out offensive. We are both married women, and it is NOT okay to ask your members personal questions like that.We were told we were within the cancellation window and wouldnt be charged again. Then we got charged again on June 20th.When we returned to get this fixed, we spoke to every single manager including the **** and instead of apologizing or correcting the billing error, they tried to talk us into freezing the membership just because they assumed we were a couple and said to just run with it. What kind of customer service is that? This experience has been nothing but frustrating, dismissive, and incredibly unprofessional from start to finish.

I would rate it 0 stars if I could. I was foolish and signed up in a parking lot. I want told about a ***************************** those 90 days as well they also take out their annual fee. I was told that their new *********** location would be open on the 21st of June and that was a lie. The gym isn't even open and I can't cancel for 90 days. It's a horrible business.

I cancelled my membership May of 2024 and was being charged monthly without my knowledge, until a few months ago where I received a charge for *****. I am not looking for any resolution, I am just looking to make other consumers aware about business practice at this site.

Yet again my appointment was not handled correctly. This has happened 3 times and I really am not happy with this and should not be.Also the manager that was there today was unprofessional at best.If what I signed up for is constantly changing I do not think I should be obligated to continue with my membership. I gave this gym every opportunity to give me better service and I even upgraded my personal training sessions. Only to be disappointed and treated horribly today by *******, I have no idea where he grew up but his lack of basics is frankly unacceptable, disrespectful and disgusting.

Highly not recommended! They have the worst customer service, have charged me late fees, and refuse to close my account after months of trying.

I applied for a General Manager position with Crunch and *** **************** This entire process had taken over a month. All in all I have learned that this company applies a fake mantra that they hide behind in order to trick people into believing that they truly care! All of the team members blindly follow their leader ***** ********. ***** is fantastic at Gaslighting, and using passive-aggressive communication tactics to make her minions fall in line and follow her every direction. She claims to lead a company and a brand who truly cares about people and who they are, their well-being, and making them better overall. All LIES!She has learned how to bamboozle people by manipulating them during their weakest points in their health and wellness journeys by promising them the world! She has come up with a business model that preys on what supposedly other companies cannot offer at lower price points. Please believe me when I say that what she and her company claim to be and claim to offer are ALL LIES! They do not care about people! They treat people terribly, and then turn around and gaslight them, and passive-aggressively manipulate them into believing that their poor experience is their fault! This is nothing short of evil! They have learn how to make a profit on peoples weaknesses, and all the while smile in their faces and claim to care in the deepest sense of the word! They should not be allowed to continue to operate a business! It is cruel, and plain evil! The world needs to see them for who they are! Please take your well-being and hard earned money elsewhere and place it with people and businesses they ********** and are who they say they are! People like ***** ********, and businesses like Crunch and ******************* need to be seen for who they are!!

Dishonest personal training! I signed up for 3 months of personal training and told the trainer, *****, from the beginning and more than once that I would do 3 months of training and only 3 months because I was headed to ****** in June. I mentioned it many times. Finally, on May 9, he submitted the paperwork to cancel and end my training beyond those 3 months. Then his manager, ****** ****, said that it was too late to cancel and that the charges would go through for an extra month, and there was nothing that they could do about it. Ever heard of a cancellation or refund? Do these people think that I am stupid? Anyhow, I was adamant that I said from the get-go I wouldn't do more than 3 months, wouldn't be here, and wanted the charges cancelled before they got to me. I mentioned it many times before and after May 9. On May 15, I got charged $320 for training that I said I didn't want, and cancelled. This is a dishonest business practice, and I will NEVER do business with Crunch again and recommend another gym. I called my credit card company to dispute this dishonest charge.
