      They refused to cancel my membership after I left the state. They took me in circles email and calling different offices. Finally they told me to send in a physical mail certified through **** and include my membership#, DOB, Reason for cancellation. I'm still waiting. This is an awful money grabbing company that will do anything to avoid cancellation. This must be borderline illegal.

      Im very upset with this crunch fitness in ****************. Ive been trying to cancel my subscription since I got it. I paid for my subscription on a Thursday and called on Monday to cancel. I know I have three days to cancel not including weekends. I called and an employee told me I couldnt cancel and gave me attitude about why I wanted to cancel. Im moving 50 miles away and dont need the subscription. I cant even go to that gym. So I figured I couldnt cancel and took that info. I called the next day someone else said I had to come in to cancel. I came in and drove all the way to the location just so ANOTHER employee could tell me I cant cancel and had to be charged for three months in order to cancel or even freeze. This was ridiculous. I didnt dispute, I just left. I figured the only way for this nightmare to end was to pay the ***** a month. I paid my initial down payment with all the fees under a promotion which cost *****. Now two months into this contract Im being charged *****. I will take being stuck with this for ***** but I will not pay $70 when I have not gone to this gym once. I have not even gotten issued a membership card. Not once have I used this facility and have been trying to cancel it from the start.

      I started crunch membership for my son who is 14 and was attending club as a guest because my son is minor. The gym has new faces every day and I dont know anyone caz the employees are constantly changing. I came across a new manager in **********, ** location who wanted to keep my ID at a unlock place. I refused to let her keep my ID and she thought was too funny and start making jokes with her co employee. I think she has no clue about identity theft. Anyways she slander my character and disrespected me. Horrible experience and someone should look into crunch ID policy.

      Crunch Fitness advertises tanning bed use for gym membership packages, however, neither of the 2 tanning beds are in working condition at the ****** Crunch Fitness, and no one seems concerned about their repair.

      I signed up for personal training at crunch fitness earlier this year. Everything went great until i had to move to a different city where personal training at that location was no longer needed. I spoke to my trainer about canceling my personal training sessions because of the obvious. He assured me that he put the form in and theres nothing to worry about. Fast forward to a few weeks later i noticed that i was still being billed $188 for PT. I called my trainer Immediately and was advised by him to contact my bank because its easier to get my money back that way. I contacted the bank and the money was returned. A few weeks passed by again and a whopping $376 was charged to my account for personal training i COULD NOT have none because ofcourse i moved away. I contacted the gym again and has since been given the run around. My trainer told me that he put the forms in and does not know what happened to it. They are refusing to give me a refund when i was clearly not in the wrong here. The manager at the palm beach gardens location refuses to return my calls. For anyone reading this please do not partake in personal training at this gym.
