      Ordered a cake for overnight delivery for a birthday surprise. Was supposed to be delivered am next morning. Never delivered. You can't get anyone to answer the phone . Left several emails and a chat message . I understand errors happen but for no one to respond is not acceptable. Terrible customer service

We see there was an unstated *** delay on the 17th of September. Per our practices and policy, a refund or a replacement was offered on the 18th of September. We see you requested a full refund, and the full refund was issued on the 18th of September. Please call or write if you have any further questions or concerns.       Ordered cake 9 days in advance. I was told today, the day before my son's birthday party that the order was never processed on THEIR end. They do not care that I now have no cake due to their negligence. You have to buy a cake to leave a review so you will not see the reviews of the people who never received their cake only the positive reviews. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL NOT HAVE A CAKE! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

      Ordered a cake with delivery - the total around $80 - the cake was delayed 2 days according to the tracking and never arrived. **** me A Wish refuses a refund nor the shipping refund. Poor business practice and customer service. Will not use them again
