    I ordered 20 Mah Jongg cards on Jan.14, 2025 for the amount of $300. Order No. *******. My member number is: *********. Cards were suppose to be mailed out in Feb. I called on April 9 to see why I had not received the cards. I was told that the cards were mailed to the wrong address because they left off one digit in the address. They assured me that they would mail the cards to the correct address the next day April 10. When I didn't receive the cards on April 17, I called and spoke a second time to ****** who told me that the cards had been sent out. I told her that I still had not received them. We verified the address again. She complained about sending the cards out a third time. I asked for a refund. I told her I would have the club members order their card individually.. ****** stated that she was not going to refund my money and that she would send them again. I ordered the cards for my Mah Jongg club of 20 people. The new card is used beginning April 1. The club members cannot play the new game until we get the new card. This is the third year I have ordered the cards in bulk. We never had any problems in the past years.

    On Decenber 8, 2023 I pre-ordered the 2024 mah jong card for $15.00. Orfer No. ********I have not received the card. On April 11, 2024 I ordered again for $15.00. Order No. *******. I have not received that card either. They don't answer the phone when called so you can't speak to anyone so I wrote a letter and have received no response. I would like to receive one card and be reimbursed for the other card. Their customer service needs to improve.

    site to send an email and no way to contact them unless you get lucky and they answer the phone after you sit on hold for quite a while. So finally I got through today 4/29 and found out the card will be mailed in a few days but the problem is I am no longer at the address I wanted the card sent to, I am in another state and wanted the address changed. Had I know the card wouldn't be mailed until May, this was not mentioned when I placed the order online, I would never have had it sent to my home in ** I would have sent it to my home in **. The woman who answered the phone said she couldn't change the address for me and too bad, I could just order a new card. I already paid for 1 card and they said I'd have it in April. The National Mah Jongg League is very behind the times and incredibly difficult to get ahold of. I believe they should send me a card free of charge since I did everything in my power and with the knowledge given to me at the time of purchase to get the card.

    I mailed a personal check to the National Mah Jongg League on January 12, 2023 to purchase 9 game cards from them; the check cleared on February 22, 2023. According to their emails and website, ALL cards ordered prior to February 15, were mailed from ******** on March 28, 2023. As of April 10, 2023, I have not received the items I ordered. I have tried several times over 3 work days without success to reach the league by phone. There is a lengthy recording, then it rings about 8 times and says 'there is no one available to take your call' and hangs up. They do not have an answering machine, nor do they have an email or ******** account to message them. According to Mah Jongg players around the country, I am not the only person with this exact issue.

    After repeated attempts to contact you by telephone, I am writing this note.

    we did receive your order and it was processed 2/22/23 as you describe. But as you write, 'all cards ordered prior to 2/15/23 were mailed on 3/28/23'.

    clearly, your order was processed a week later than the deadline, and went into the second mailing, which means your cards were delivered approximately **** days later. 

    If this is not the case, and your cards are still not in your hands, please respond to this note and I will make sure your order is fulfilled.

    as a reminder for next year, please send in your check as soon as you receive the **** Bulletin in January. That way your order  will get into the first mailing.
