    I attempted to exchange two Mah Jongg T-shirts under the direction of a Mah Jongg employee when calling. In following the reprentatives directions, I returned the two shirts at my cost for shipping. A copy of my receipt and and a letter was enclosed detailing what actions were being requested. It was verbally stated that if I returned the shirts at my cost, ********* would provide the correct size and send them to me at no additional charge. Instead, my credit card was credited a portion of the cost of the shirts that were returned. I have attempted several times to resolve this matter and sometimes being hungup on. There is only one phone number offered in attempting to contact upper level management.

    Agree with comments from others. I've ordered cards for my group for over 20 yrs, and this time I did not receive the cards - costing $90 for 6 people. No one answers phone, I've e-mailed their customer service several times, written 2 postal letters - one to the ** address and one to the ** address. No response. I want my money back, but mostly I want me cards that I've paid for. I guess I will order from somewhere else at this point. I think I will contact my credit card company and see if I can get a refund.
