    On or around March 25th 2025, I contacted Alternknit ( found them on line ) to repair a moth hole in my blazer. The owner sent me a ***** sticker in order for them to ***** the damage and advise the price for repair. I sent out an email to Alterknit to see if they received the blazer and get an update on price to repair. Reply advised it's under review. Since then I've sent messages and left phone messages with no responses . Pls be advised, my original address at the time of the transaction was ************************** I'm now living at ***************************************** Pls advise if you require any additional emails corrispondance or paperwork from Alterknit? Thank you,***** ********

    On 2/19/24 I sent a men's blazer to this company for repair.On 2/28/24 I prepaid ****** to this company to proceed with the repair. I was told to expect the garment within 45 days.On 4/19 I called regarding the repair, and was told that they could not locate the garment in their shop, and that they would call me back by Monday 4/21.I never received a reply, and have left numerous voice mails and emails with no response.I am now out the ******, as well as an expensive blazer (replacement value in excess of ******).

    I sent a ********************* sweater and a green *** and Bone to AlterKnit to repair holes in them. It was too cost prohibitive to repair both so I decided to just have the *** and Bone sweater repaired. I was quoted a price of $225 which was charged to my credit card on June 23, 2022. On August 3, 2022, I received a text from AlterKnit that my green *** and Bone sweater has been repaired and was shipped with my ********************* sweater. On August 11, 2022, I received the package with the ********************* sweater, but the green sweater was not included. I called AlterKnit and was told that both sweaters were shipped together and there was nothing that they can do. I immediately sent videos and pictures of the packaging to show that there was no way that 2 sweaters could fit in the bag. I asked for a refund since I dont have the sweater and was informed that since it was not their fault, they can not refund me the $225. Now the company is claiming that ***** repackaged the sweaters, and it is now *****s fault. I am now out of $225 and my sweater. I have requested a claim be submitted on my behave to ***** to replace my sweater and they have not. Now they are no longer responding to my emails.
