    These ladies are thieves. I sent a sweater for repair in October 2023, paid for the repair in full and then never received my sweater back. It is now July 2024 and am still waiting for it to be returned. I called more than once and left messages on their voicemail, but never received a response. So far, this has been a terrible experience.I had used them some years before and even though it took some time for them to mail me my repaired sweaters, the sweaters were beautifully repaired. Currently, I would not encourage anyone to use them for anything other than throwing their clothing and their money into a deep, empty hole. How can a business get away with this?

    Picked up a cashmere skirt free of charge, called and quoted me 150% the price of the skirt to fix one small hole, and then required $30 to return the skirt. The price wasnt clear anywhere on the website and phone convo was rude and condescending. They should have some way of estimating price and being clear on pickup charges beforehand. The quoted price was way more than what they say on the website, I now have no skirt (was in fine condition before, I could have kept wearing it). Terrible experience.
