I purchased a Spafinder gift card for a business that was listed on Spafinder's website as accepting both their multiple and single use gift cards. However, when I went to use the (multiple-use) gift card, I learned that the business does not accept it and it has been over a week now trying to get my money back from Spafinder. The phone numbers listed for them on the gift card email and their website take you to a Life Alert recorded sales line, and it took me 20 minutes of digging to find the correct phone number for Spafinder to reach the actual company and then another 15 minutes on the phone with the Spafinder customer service *** requesting the refund. The day after my call, I received an email from Spafinder stating they were expediting the resolution of my claim and that I would receive my refund in 1-5 business days. They then sent a follow-up email claiming to want additional information to better their services in the future, and I responded to that a few days ago. It has now been 5 business days since the refund was supposedly issued, and I have not received it and have not received any ***ly to the 3 emails I have sent, 3 days in a row, this week. Additionally, now the business that I bought the card for is not even listed on their website; thankfully I took screenshots when this whole issue started, showing that the business was listed, because it appears they have now been removed from Spafinder's vendor website. I have now had to file a dispute with my card issuer. I just want my money back and not to waste any more time with this "company."

I had a $50 spafinder.com gift certificate. Because it was from a few years back I called spafinder ahead to make sure it would still be accepted, even though no expiration date was listed. They confirmed ANY location on their website should accept the gift certificate. As other complaints have mentioned, the location that I went to was listed on their website but they did NOT accept the gift card, so I had to pay out of pocket. I filed a complaint through the company because I would not have gone to get my nails done if I knew the gift certificate would not be accepted. I just wanted my money back at that point but they continued to refuse to pay back the money. I provided the receipt, date of service, etc. I just want my money back because the gift certificate should have been accepted.

I was gifted a $150 SpaFinder gift card in 2022 and have been unable to redeem to date. F First of all, places on the website that claim to accept do not when I call. Additionally I was told by at least one place that I had used it in the past that they no longer accept them because of nonpayment. When I called the phone number on the website, it was a neverending loop of being rerouted to different agents that did not know how to answer my question. It has been a very frustrating experience, and even more so because I had used these gift cards in the past without issue.Upon further online research I see many similar experiences to mine. **************** claims to respond, but nothing happens.

I was gifted 3 SpaFinder gift certificates a few years back. Each in the amount of $50. I just tried to use them and was told they are not valid or the numbers could not be verified. Spa Finder is asking for documentation of proof of purchase and date of purchase. This is information I don't have because these were gifted to me. I have emailed them copies of the certificates and have offered to send the originals in for verification. It is my understanding, under **************** law, gift certificated do not expire. They will not honor these certificates.

On November 12, 2022 I attempted to open this Spa Finder gift card that has never been used. I tried several computers and phones, and I kept getting the same page not found error.I did the customer service chat and they told me to send an email to customer service. I did and they told me they need the gift card number to help me. I cant even access the gift card to get the number, so getting help is impossible. Then I called customer service and they stated theres no record of this gift card.
