This is fraud at its finest. Bought in **** and only location you can search is ******* ********. Calls are not answered and spas listed on card do not accept this card. Scam scam scam. My daughter bought this gift card at a grocery store. Its worthless. How can this company get away with this?

My complaint is a duplicate to all the below reviews. I was gifted a $200 gift card at my companies Holiday Christmas Celebration Party. I am the one who plans and executes the party, so I was also the one who requested and bought the Spa Finder gift card initially. When I tried to use the card, while on vacation, the card would not work. I tried over and over and an error was all I received. I did try to reach out to customer service which cannot be reached by phone, so an email followed to file a complaint. It has been a month since the complaint was filed and I have received the same standard email 3 times. The email states that they are working on my case and should resolve the issue soon. However, I am still awaiting a valid response on the findings of my case. I am not expecting to ever have a resolution at this point. I believe the $200 dollar value gift card will be useless. I am very glad that I was the one who received this gift card since I am the one fighting for the value. I would hate to have an employee fighting to receive the gift card value. However, my company did spend $200. on the card and that simply went to waste. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SPA FINDER GIFT CARD AGAIN. AND I WILL DISCOURAGE ANYONE THAT I COME IN CONTACT WITH TO DO THE SAME.

Purchased an e-gift card directly from Spafinder ($150 value for $127.50), and the gift card ended up being invalid. Attempted to contact customer service via email and phone (as did the Spa where we attempted to use it), and were bounced around by representatives with very poor English. Do not recommend; many, many other customers with the same complaints. Buyer beware.

Charged $200 for a $100 gift card, no email order confirmation (they will immediately send you junk mail though!). Fraud/illegal/scam.
