I sought out logo making services with DesignOptimax 12/29/2022. As of today (3/6/2023), I have been unable to finalize a logo with the company due to various reasons. Primarily, my requested revisions have not been completed and I consistently have to address additions/changes made by the design team that I did not request. I have the email thread with the team to support what I am saying. They are alleged to be backed by a 100% guarantee/refund policy, but they are refusing to refund me $159. They will only accept "unlimited revisions". I would not have an issue with that if I felt like going back and forth with them for several more months, but I have a small business and would like to move forward with another design company due to difficulties had with DesignOptimax. Finalization means that I am completely satisfied with the design and the next step would be to provide me with the final product (the logo, imaging, etc). The only thing I have agreed upon was the concept/color scheme (even though they continue to add colors not requested) and have been making changes on my own and as a result of their errors ever since. I am not stuck working with this company who lacks skill to complete a simple logo or either lose out on money paid.
