  This is a total scam.I was told there is a "100% money back guarantee" after getting a round of designs if you choose not to move forward.I asked for said refund after I reviewed the designs. They pushed for a reason, so I said "I'm just rethinking the whole thing for now, so it's not a good time to move forward." This was me saying I did not like them.They're saying I changed my mind, which is not a valid reason for a *********'s scammy, and you should ********* is our conversation:Me: "Hi there, Thanks for your work and help on this. At this time, I'd like to cancel the order and receive a refund. Per my attached conversation with customer support, I can receive a refund after the initial designs. Please confirm when this is complete. Much appreciated!"Them: "Hope you are doing well :) I really apologize for the inconvenience, may I know the reason for the refund?"Me: "No problem, thanks for the follow up. I'm electing not to move forward with the project at this time."Them: "No problem, can you let me know the reason so we can hold of on your project and whenever in future you want to proceed further we will continue."Me: "I'm just rethinking the whole thing for now, so it's not a good time to move forward. Thank you!"Them: "No worries, we can hold off on your project now and whenever you decide to move forward we will proceed further with your project."Me: "Please let me know when the refund is processed. Thank you!"Them: "A refund won't be possible in this scenario of a change of mind."Me: "I did not like the designs. I was trying to be nice. Please process my refund. This should not be difficult. Thank you!"It is a clear change of mind.This is a company that wants your money and does not respect you. Do not work with them.

  I let them talk me into allowing them to build a website for me, and this has been a nightmare. This project was started 5 weeks ago. I made it clear in the beginning what I needed in terms of functionality and gave them my current websites to use as references. I was told there would be no problem, and the site they created would be more professional. Now I'm being told that the site that I am using is made specifically for photographers and the platform they are using is not. Therefore, to get what ************* to pay the extra few hundred dollars for the needed plugin AND then another $600 for the payment system attachment. None of this information was given to me up front. I am just hearing this TODAY.Also, the domain that I paid them to purchase for me, I feel like it is being held hostage. I have been asking for the last couple of weeks for this to be turned over to me, and it still has not. Based on all this, I am extremely frustrated and I have requested a refund, since they have this "money back guarantee" if you're dissatisfied. But from another review that I read, they don't seem to honor this either.

  Paying additional for a better product and more experienced artist is not worth it. Very difficult to communicate with the artist and once files were provided, they wouldnt work because theyre not in the right format. Requested a full refund, based on their money back guarantee, and was denied. For me, this was a bust and complete waste of money. Artwork is subpar and they do not fulfill their promise of money back.
