10/26/22 I began working with logo orb and a project manager ****** to design my logo and letterhead. That process alone was negative. In early 2023 I was assigned a new PM **** after agreeing to copyright my logo. I was charged an initial $700 then an additional $299 4/16/2024. On Sept 3, 2024 I was pressured to sign a contract for copyright maintenance for an additional $263.79. Which was processed as bitcoin. All charges were processed as bitcoin. The contract did protect me from further expenses based on its language. On 8/19/24 **** contacted me for more fees requesting an additional $458. I refused and sighted the contract. He has claimed the company made him pay that cost out of his own pocket, which would also be illegal. I have paid a total of $1262.79 for copyright filing and maintainance which has a maximum cost of $300. On 12/17/24 **** began harassing me again regarding what he was claiming were final steps in the copyright filing process and requesting another $485 claiming these were lawyers fees. I again sighted the contract and after much back and forth spoken to a Sr ******** The claim is that the legal team is employed in house and the over $1200 has been spent on legal fees even though a copyright has not been filed yet at all in over a year. This is either theft, fraud, or total incompetence. I am asking that the filing be completed and the contract honored with no further costs to myself, or that I be fully reimbursed the $1200 for their failure to act. Do not trust this company they will take your money and will not complete the work they will find excuses on why they are delayed. *** ******* tried to blackmail and extort me for money he told me that if I didnt take down my reviews that they would not continue and stop all of my work which they did which is illegal do not trust them.Initial Complaint

I have been getting harassed by this company since 2021. I reached out, as I was thinking of creating a business and wanted them to create a logo. I paid them, they gave me logo options, and I picked the one I wanted, and that was that. Well I didn't want to do anything more with them, like build a website. And they have not stopped harassing me since. Now almost 3 years later, I continue to get calls, texts, and emails. I will block a number, then a few months go by and I'll get another call from a new number. I've been reached out to by numerous emails and numbers that keep switching because I keep blocking them. I've made it clear I don't want anymore services, but now the messages are threatening, as seen in the picture. They threaten me with owing fees. Now in this most recent text/email, it says I owe $5000-$10000. At least every 2 months I hear from them, and the messages always change. This is the first they have mentioned this large sum of money they are trying to scam me out of. I haven't used their services in 2.5 years, and the only thing I ever received was a logo, which I don't even use. I never went through with the business, so I don't even use the logo they designed. Blocking them doesn't work- they just create new numbers and emails.Customer Answer

Yes the company tried contacting me. I have this number blocked, but it still alerts me when I receive a call from them. I did not answer. They call me from multiple numbers, but they are always (510) area codes. All I want is to be left alone by this company and stop receiving random threats every now and then.

At this time, I have not been contacted by Logo Orb regarding complaint ID ********.My issue is that I don't want to be contacted by this company. They have called me on a variety of phone numbers and continue to ****** me via call, text, or email. I do not want to talk to them, because each time i do, they make up some new amount of money they are saying i owe them for some new charge. I shouldnt owe them anything, since I haven't used their services in about 3 years.

Date of Transaction: Friday, July 7th, nearing business hours toward 5:00.Amount: $1291 The business was to provide the creation of ********* Instagram, and Linked-in, and manage 3 weekly posts a week on social media platforms.Dispute: Over the weekend I researched the companys website and they had no such package that was sold to me, and the closest service was SEO package. I created the social media sites myself that day while informing the company I wanted a full refund. Not only do they not work on weekends, and no work was performed, and they offer a money back service guarantee, I was emailed Monday to talk about the cancellation, and at 6:50 pm the agent told me they had begun work, which copy and paste into a power point of something I wrote up already. Nobody contacted me after requesting me to call and work was performed 5 minutes of work for a YEAR, in an attempt to take my money, the initial refund was NEVER reported which I found out closer to 07.20.23 The business said my bank fraud department should resolve the department, but if I dropped the charges I would be refunded in ***** days which is insane, and now its been 22 working days and 30 business days, where I am ignored multiple times a week. Advertising issues: the package sold doesnt even exist on the companys website. My card was charged after I requested no services be performed 07/09/23, and subsequently ignored and charged 07/10/23, turning into a two-month battle for $1291.00Customer Answer

I call, text, email, and try to use the online chat to get ahold of the company. They currently are completely ignoring me in every format including my project manager, who's supposed to ship me stationary and finish my website for an alternative project.on July 9th Friday close to 6 pm I authorized a project for $1291, that Sunday a day in a half later I found out what I was sold didn't exist on the website and were services I didn't want, and emailed my project manager. That Monday ******************* emailed and knew I wanted to cancel. They also offer money back gaurentee on Everything, and no services were ever provided I cancelled before that. It's been awful is $1300 I need in my bank account and now they won't even talk to me about my other on going project I really need some help here this is awful being ignored. I was told the refund would processed August 8th from the finance department and it would take ***** days to hit my bank account, all in order to STOP a fraud claim with MY bank USAA whom now won't open a new fraud case because I myself closed the case since Logo Orb said they'd processed my refund and now it's 10/3 and nobody will contact me, the last contact I had *** told me it was supposed to take ***** BUSINESS days something different it's still been almost two months since August 9th and four month since originally cancelling. I'm so upset and need my money, I left review where I could about this. Then *** said he'd pay pal me personally and that didn't Happen he went awol.

I hired LogoOrb to design a logo and then decided to have them build my nonprofit organizations website. Every step of the way I was told this is the final amount. I reached out to the online company *********** to have a logo made for my new start up company. I paid $41.00 online and was told they would start to make my logo and be in touch within 48 hours. I was then called by the owner *********************** who immediately started asking me for more money, saying the logo would come with a watermark in the back and if I was going to use it for a website, shirts, or business cards I would not like it. This caught me off guard as when I signed up for the logo package I chose the package that would fit with website and social media. Once I looked at them I told him I was not happy with the design as I did not want a logo that I was unable to use for the purpose that I got it. ***** tried to get me to spend more money for a premium package, which I declined. Seemed very scammy as he kept lowering the price fishing for me to accept another offer. The website claims a money back guarantee so I asked for a refund. Since asking for a refund I have not been able to get in touch with him, when previously he was very quick to respond. I have tried calling, texting, emailing, and even live chatting through his website with absolutely no luck. This has been going on for about 3 weeks now. I call/email him daily and there has been no communication what so ever.
