    Hey guy's, if you've been scammed by these Logo Orb guys, hmu on TikTok @*********************** They got me for about $10K and I am really upset as I started my startup to help people and have now been setback tremendously. However, I'm going to press on and I want to be here for everyone else too! Send your emails so we can have an official group to help us all fight against people like them! #FightBack

    Terrible business practices. Complete bait and switch on pricing. They will tell you something cost $3000, and then once you pay the $3000, two weeks later they will tell you that they need another $10,000 to keep the website running. TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOURE TIME! LITERALLY USE ANYONE ELSE!!!!

    Paid for a website they never built and logos for my trucking company I never received for a total of $1400.00.last year.They were uncontactable for quite some time,phone disconnected, couldn't reach them.6 months later there back in business with everyone's money they scammed.I reached out to them that they owed me money for services,they said they would be in touch and haven't heard a word back from them.They have no intention of refunding anyone,or have they made effort.I asked them prior to giving them my money about there crappy reviews,and they said that competition made everything up to make them look bad and that they assured me that they were legit,and wouldn't commit such a crime as to steal others money,and here we are,scammed,and no services we paid for or no chance of a refund,and they continue to do it!!!!

    I only left a 1 because negative 10 was not available. This company is a Sham, DO NOT DOING ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!! They will scam you out of more and more money. Even when I gave more money to own my Domain they pulled some sneaky c*** and said that my security license was up and it would cost $499 for 5 years. So what they did was gave me and my new website permissions but then when they wanted more money they went in and changed my access to it until I pay them. I will never give this worthless company another dime. I Warn everyone please tell them to hit the road. They are a drain on our company and should not be allowed to be in business.     They are complete scam artists. They continue to insist on charges that are bogus and unwarranted. They threaten you with taking your web site down if you do not comply. Tonight, I was threatened with a $10,000 Federal crime if I do not pay them to register my logo they created. There are no crimes for not registering a logo. If possible, I would have submitted a minus 5 stars. Contacting New York Attorney General.

    Avoid these predators. I purchased a design last year and asked for a simple, one time design. I was pestered to keep upgrading in order to have the rights to use the design. 6 months later they attempted a skid-row style con job and tried to say that I was facing substantial fines for copyright infringement. Needless to say I will not only never do business with them again but will dedicate my time and energy to warning others about them.

    Worst company ever. They are a group of thieves and scammers. They will steal your money. The only people who gives them even 3 stars never dealt with them. Don't make the mistake I made.

    I requested a refund of services within 24 hours, realizing I did not want the package on July 9th. The refund I was told it was processed on 08/09/2023 and would take ***** days; it's now been four months since initially requesting my refund for $1,291.00, where no services were started or rendered, and 2 months and one day since my refund was supposed to be processed, and I have contacted my project manager ******************* since September 8th and have been ignored since then with two outstanding engagements I did not request refunds for, and I have not received my stationary since it was finalized over two months now, my website went down, and needs to be completed and Logo Orb is ignoring me from the project manager ******************* to the finance departments, to info at logoorb.com, to calling the phone number and leaving messages, I have emailed, called, and text messaged. The chat person on the website contact me multiple times a week, and they say my messages will be relayed to someone, and nobody contacts me. this is the worst business I have dealt with in my life, and as of now, I am out $2300, I contacted the BBB, and Logoorb ignored them, and they have given me other avenues to pursue, which I am. I even dropped a fraud claim with my bank with the assurance my refund was processed on August 9th. This is fraud at this point, unacceptable, and I don't even know what to do about my current ongoing engagements since nobody from top to bottom will help me.
