    In 2021 I paid for a Logo that was suppose to be mine and after a logo was agreed upon I was told I had to pay $1250 for the copywriting and now another $500 to send the artwork to the state office to get the rights to the logo. The company never mention any of this information in the beginning of communicating. They charged my account the $500 today after I repeatedly said no. Now they will not give me my money back and are threatening me with legal action and huge penalties.

    July 8,2023 I paid $119.00 for a Logo that was suppose to be mine and after a logo was agreed upon I was told I had to pay $1250 for the ************** another $450 t send the artwork to the state office to get the rights to the logo. The company never mention any of this information in the beginning of communicating. I keep receiving emails,texts,and phone calls! No one wants to refund me as I have asked for a refund numerous times while one the phone with *****************.

    I paid $119.00 for a Logo that was suppose to be mine and after I received the print, I was told that I had to pay $1,000 to get the rights to the logo. The company never mention I had to purchase the a copyright. Website states 100% ownership.

    I work for ************************************* and in January we changed our corporate name to Sellers ************** I ordered (2) logo and stationary design packages for the company I work for, Sellers Land and Timber, and the real estate division of the same company Sellers Realty. Package included rights to artwork, logo design, stationary design, and social media design. Included was 250 business cards for each order. I have had issues from day one with getting the business cards. I have tried multiple times to get the business cards mailed to me and have been told several times they needed my address (it is literally on the cards), they have had mix-*** and they are sending it, and now they say they need to talk to me to get the project finalized. It was finalized a month ago. They *********** not fulfill this one aspect of the order. Today, I received an email stating artwork had to be registered before use for business purposes. The order included artwork FOR MY BUSINESS that belonged to me after purchase, I purchased the design and the rights. I feel they are scamming me and making it difficult to get my order completed so they can charge me more. ******* does not require logos to be trademarked, and VistaLogos did not say they required trademarking at time of purchase, or I would not have used their company. I just want the business cards and I want them to not attempt to scam me into paying thousands for a trademark, when the order included rights to use logo.

    I paid a total of $908.00 for a website of friday December 2nd 2022 at 3:19 pm. I was told by monday evening I will get a Mock-up of the website which will be geared around the logo they made for us. On Monday I received a horrible cookie cutter general mock-up. it didn't have the logo colors at all. I told them it was horrible and to do it again. I was told they will send a update on tuesday. Instead, on Tuesday at 1:32 pm I got a call stating I had to pay minimum $129 monthly to have it hosted. I then requested the website to be cancelled after being on the phone with ***** for over an hour. I told him that I will call him back in a hour or email him with a final decision. I emailed him that we would not be moving forward with the website due to the lack of honesty and communication received. The mock up recieved was horrible. I hired the company to make my logo which went fine, The mock-up was not even close to the colors and very kid like. After stating my issues I received an emailed back stating that there was no refund even though their website states money back guarantee and 100% satisfaction. I was told it was past 24 hours and that their policy only applies those rules for 24 hours. I been going back and forth with 5 different people asking for a refund. everyone has offered discounts and personal hands on. refusing to refund. Integrity and honesty on top of the conniving and lies that is the issue. Before I paid for the website I ask were there any additional fees for the website and I was told no. Then I get a call about paying hundreds monthly for hosting. We had already made up our mind that we will not do business with such a company that extorts money from their consumers.In addition they also saved my credit card information without my permission. They told me they will hit my credit card for the hosting payment. I had to go to the bank and change my card information to ensure this does not happen.

    To give a short out line of the deceptive service here it is. 1. To register a domain name the fee is less than $100 I was charged $2,300 2. Vista logo affiliate company D/B/A Olive logo, has been charged with submitting false ******* application to the *****. 3. I paid for marketing services that was never render and was overcharged fees for *************** and Domain registration. 4. I request for all passwords user Id to website to take my business elsewhere. They refused and demanded more money from me ( $3,399) or the website will be shut down 5. Total money Spent on my website was $12,725.00.6. Submitted charges to my credit card without my permission . was done on 3 different occasions . I was refunded the money back by my bank.
