    Company was copy righting a business name and said there was a one time fee, for the service they provided, and continuously called back trying to upsell or add on more fees, now they are claiming there is a federal lawsuit coming in the amount of 150k they are trying to get me to give them 7k to resolve this and they wont stop calling and harassing me, they call multiple times per day and have never provided proof of documentation to my residence and they will never mail me such documents when requested from them, they just say "Trust Me" all this company does is s**** people over and keep taking and taking from them, they alleged document is a copy and pasted threatening email,

    A couple years ago I used this company to purchase a logo and web design . I paid them approximately 500 dollars. I didnt even end up using them for web design because they kept trying to charge more money for different fees. Now 2 years later they are calling me saying they have to charge for some kind of renewal. They called my phone multiple times no caller ID. Then when I didnt answer the calls , they call my teenage kids no caller ID and talk to them about it trying to get the message to me. I have no idea how they got my kids phone numbers. Very shady company. And if they continue to bother me and my kids I will file harassment.

    Vista Logos company designed a logo for me. I got the copy right and the trademark for it. I used it for the year that I needed it. I am no longer using it and I told the company that I was not interested in renewing it. After their salesmen failed to convince me to renew my rights, they started harassing me with possible legal action. I asked them to send me in writing a letter to my address stating the reason they are trying to collect money from me. They never sent me any documentation, but they constantly sent me text with legal verbiage demanding payment. The company went silent for a few months but today they started harassing me with possible legal action. Their legal clerk or lawyer a *** ************************* kept calling me from different numbers every *********************************************************************************************** doing business with them. This company is corrupt and tries to scam money from customers. They attempt to bully customers into paying for unwanted extended services.The email below lists some infringement sections of some kind which does not identify the legal source. It mentioned sections 106 to ****.     I paid for their logo creation service for ****** and it stated 100% ownership rights of the logo in their advertisement. It has been nearly 2 years since the logo was created and I was contacted today on New Years Day by someone in their legal department demanding that I pay for further copyright of the image and I must pay $2,520.00 in an email they sent me or they will be submitting a lawsuit with a penalty of $75,000.00. I informed the representative of Vista Logos that was contacting me to contact my lawyer with any legal issues. He proceeded to tell me he was not here to entertain my lawyer and I had to give him an answer right at that moment. I told him I would not be answering anything without consulting my lawyer and hung up the call. He then proceeded to call me 4 more times back to back and text my cell phone over a dozen times with harassing texts threatening legal action if I dont pay them more money. I am ignoring them and will be consulting a lawyer regarding this issue. Completely unprofessional and scam of a company.

    I received a text message and email by ********************* alleging that I immediately take down the logo that I purchased as the "rights have expired". He further went on to claim that he will be filing a lawsuit after I stated that I would remove it and have a local company make one for me. He stated that I was required to get the renewal if I was using it which was never stated initially.

    I purchased a single logo from this company over a year ago, for a non-profit organization that has since been closed. We took down the website, with the logo, and never sent any correspondence or anything else with that logo on it. However, since the year after I purchased the logo, this company has been calling and texting, harassing me and threatening that I'm somehow breaking some law about copyright if I do not pay them some exorbitant amount of money. I have told them numerous times that I did not use the logo any longer and the non-profit is shut down. They continue to harass me on the phone continuously.

    I had a logo created by Vista Logos over 3 years ago. I paid $75 for the logo, which was okay. Now I am randomly getting constant calls and texts from them telling me I need to pay them all kinds of different amounts of money to keep my logo, or else they will *** me. No amount of me telling them that I am not using the logo will stop them. Not to mention that when I initially had the logo created by them, there was no mention of any additional payments to keep the logo. What they are doing is illegal and I don't want them to ever contact me again.

    About 2 years ago, I found this website called vista *********. Where they helped and assist me by creating a logo, I paid about $150 for the logo rights. they claimed that they are licensed by the state. After the 2 year has passed I received a phone call by them saying if I would like to renew the logo, I have told them that I no longer will use it and they said in order to close the account I will have to pay another $150, so I did pay it. Minute later they called and say I had to pay more to process the copyright. They told me I had to pay more because the state if urgently want an answer, but in order that to happen they told me I have to pay top process it. While I didn't want to have the copyrights they forced me to pay while yelling at me on the phone and talking very fast. I paid $399 to process the document, then later was $350 to have the logo valid in all 50 states with again they made me pay. Once I pay that amount I received a Closure letter saying that my business with them was settled and any additional fees they will take care of it. When I received the closure letter they said along with it I will have the form of the copyrights, but yet have not received anything from them. On sep. 19, 2023 while I was at work they called me again but did not pick up because I couldn't answer, they constantly called and even used a different number for me to answer. When I answered the man on the phone was yelling how I cannot avoid them and have to pay $599 more after I received the closing letter. I sent $250 then was told to pay the rest the next day. I blocked all their numbers and cancelled my card, I even changed my phone number I am terrified because yesterday Sep. 21, 2023 I received an email by them saying I need to pay or will receive a lawsuit. Please help me get my money back and to see if they are telling the truth or not , I am terrified. I want them to give my savings back, and no further contact by them. I never received any official document.

    I hired Vista Logos to do a logo of my business and to do a website. From the beginning, I informed them that time was of the essence. They assured me they'd get everything done timely. Little did I know that they just search free logos on the internet and give you a bunch of ridiculous looking logos that I could have done in WordArt in a Word document. In addition, they never provided all the items in the logo package which should have included 250 business cards. I had to order my own. They also keep calling and harassing me that I have to pay them more money to trademark my logo which is a complete lie. This is illegal for them to try to do that. In addition, I have told them more than once that I'm not even using the logo because i had to get it redesigned by someone else for the terrible job they did on it and to stop calling me. For the website, i had to hire another firm to complete my website and thank God I did because of all of the horror stories I've read of the people getting taken advantage of and being charge a bunch of money and getting websites that don't even work. The government should shut down this company immediately. It baffles me that they are allowed to continue to scam people. I told them that the only reason they should contact me again is if they plan to refund the $1200 I paid for my website that they did not complete. Finally, THESE PEOPLE DO NOT LIVE IN *****************. THEY BARELY SPEAK ENGLISH AND THAT MAKES IT EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING DEALING WITH THEM. AND IT'S NEVER THE SAME PERSON CALLING AND HARASSING ME

    I had paid over $1300 for Vista Logo to do a logo for my online business, & to do the ********************* applications for my logo. The logo had to be ****** approved with the correct pixels, this was never fixed. They also stated I would get business ************** head, that never came. The trademark and copyright applications were denied due to fraudulent information given by vistalogo. The issue: they tried to charge me another $1250 to renew the trademark and copyright applications that never went through to completion 6 months after I filed the application with them. I found out my copyright application was denied when I contacted the copyright office. Vistalogo did not even send me any notice that it had been denied, but tried to charge me another fee for a renewal that didn't exist. I stated you can't renew something that has been denied. They insisted that I didn't know what I was talking about, even when I quoted verbatim from the ***** website the time periods and charges, they insisted that the website had not been updated, which was a bold face LIE. That text exchange took place back in late 2020 early 2021. Recently on 8/23/23, they text me stating to take down the logo for my business because the rights have expired, ( there are no rights because the applications were denied). I told them they didn't have any rights & if someone wanted to use that logo, they would have to pay me for it because my daughter actually designed the *********** just tweaked it a little. I stated that I had closed my online business and had filed my last federal & state tax returns. Then they insisted that I have to do a Closure letter to close my ***** account. They stated that would cost $450. I told them that the *** already has my last return statement for the federal and the state & that my ***** account is no longer because the application is dead. But they insisted that I need to do a closure letter so that i would not be billed $10k to $15K in taxes. Bogus charges
