    Bought and paid for logo years ago. I never asked for anything more. Now I'm receiving nuisance calls and texts about copy right infringements. Like the others are saying this a company running a SCAM.

    The design totally ***** and they even got the name wrong!! I never liked it and never wanted to use it. Just got a totally ** text today extorting money about copy right. What a **** company. Can you block them off completely?

    I paid for Vista Logos to create a logo for my business in 2021. They up-sold me to file for copyright rights. They continued to try to upsell me for something that I could do for free, though they told me I would have to pay for it. Now they are threatening legal action if I continue to use the logo. I'm not using the logo. They are texting and calling me from different numbers. Stay away from this company.

    1 star Purchased a design several years ago and back then it was a pleasant experience. Today out of the blue I got a harassing text and phone call saying if I don't take the logo down I bought and paid for I would be liable to being sued. I just put the text and phone call sources in my Spam. I have not received any real summons or anything from an attorney. A real shame. Don't do business with these guys.

    These guys have been threatening me with an infringement lawsuit since January 2024. I received everything via text or email. I no longer use the logo and I am still being harassed. I have blocked their numbers and after a couple of weeks I get a text from another number. They seem to prey on small businesses trying to extort money. It seems like many of the people who used them are being threatened with an infringement lawsuit. I highly recommend that you stay away from this company

    ZERO STARS AVOID THIS CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE ************ is running a scam. Several years after creating and purchasing a logo they texted me I needed to pay over $2000 to them or else they would start legal proceedings with fines starting at 75k. There were no emails or calls to my office. They surprised me last night saying last night was the deadline. I read these BBB reviews and declined to renew. Keep in mind our original agreement was for a lifetime logo!!! They have sent at least twenty harassing emails today threatening me with legal action. For what? I already designed a new logo and replaced their old one today! I have ceased and desisted. Avoid these irresponsible scam artists using strong arm tactics to intimidate good faith customers into paying them unnecessary and unexpected costs greater than $2000. I hope the government shuts them down before they victimize anyone else. Unfortunately the other reviews mirror my experience. Seems too coincidental that we all have the same story over the past 15 months.

    This company is horrible. After paying them a lot of money for a logo design, they have tried extorting money time and time again for service I already paid for. I paid xxx$ to get a closure letter on my logo after dissolving my business when they threatened me with legal action, and every few months they keep trying to threaten me and get more money after the matter was closed. The last time they contacted me I gave them dates and the amount paid, as I keep all my correspondence and they immediately backpedaled and said ok, they would send me the final paperwork. Don't give these scammers any money, talk to an attorney. Every few months they text threatening legal action and more money to file something else. I have called the ***** office and told them they are scamming people out of money. My advice is to keep records of all correspondence with these people as I did. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! You can't submit this without a star so that is the only reason I gave them 1 star. If you notice their email and text says vistallogos with 2 L's. Don't know the significance but its fishy. I'm in on a lawsuit if anyone files.

    2021 bad interaction because the "design" corrections got progressively worse, and consultant--*****, *****, Marc--was incompetent as a designer, and seemed to not understand basic English. Design ideas were all rejected. I let them keep the money because I had a project due and went elsewhere. Fast forward to May 2024, I'm receiving texts telling me to take down a logo and see you in court. He cannot describe the logo (yes, I texted back), nor locate a link or web page. They/he goes by "***************************" or "*********************, paralegal," among other random phone book names.

    The company is a scam. I payed $120 for a logo and within the year they company representatives made harassing calls and e-mails about more fees. I did not use the logo which I paid for, by the way. Their information, sales and tactics are very low in integrity and deceitful. 2 years later they are sending harassing emails about a lawsuit if I don't file a closure process. Something g that was not mentioned during my time of service with them and also should not matter being that I don't use the logo. They're are many complaints about this company. I highly recommend you do not use them for any services.
