    Terrible company complete and total scam artists stay away. Like any scammer they will do any and anything to get their hooks into you. This includes lying, offering you free services, then you try to upsell you under deliver with fraudulent services. They will harass you for months threatening to *** you for trademark infringement just to see if they can extort money for you. They are fake over seas scam artist not a legit business. again stay away!!

    This company is the worst. They offered a logo and I had my attorney to get it trademarked legally and now theyre trying to fraudulently get money out of me for no reason at all. I found this company by mistake. I thought I was going with Vista print . If anyone is willing to do a class action lawsuit against this company, I will be willing to join in

    I used Vista Logos about 2 years ago to make a simple logo for my Etsy store, Smiley Cat Creations US. I loved the logo and have used it for 2 years or so. Out of the blue, on 5/07/2024, I received a threatening text message from "*********************, supposedly an IP Paralegal at Vista Logos". He was demanding I stop using the logo I paid for or face serious legal consequences including possibly $75,000 for some sort of copyright infringement. Supposedly I was sent other emails or messages telling me to stop using it, which I never received. I never heard of this situation and I feel like I'm being scammed and pressured to pay money for some nonsense. I asked for something to be sent to me by a real lawyer. I am waiting to see if this actually occurs. I have taken my logo off my Etsy shop sadly, so there should not be any "infringement." Please investigate this company ASAP, apparently there are multiple complaints on the internet about them. I truly regret using this company. Thank you for reading.

    This company offered a free logo. Then wanted to sell us website setup and search help. For more money. I think we chose a logo and paid $35. Now we are getting threatening text messages. They say the logo rights have expired. We are to take down the logo or be sued for $75000. The "paralegal" who sends this message cites several copyright infringement section numbers relating to the United States Copyright act. We do not use the logo! They are getting threatening and nasty. I would like to leave NO STARS on rating.Their website is gone . DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH "VISTA LOGO"

    Dont use there services as once youre time is up if you dont buy the 100% rights to your logo they will harass you and threaten you with legal action! Very unprofessional!

    Same Experience here. Paid for a logo a couple of years ago (never really used the logo) now I get frequent harassing calls from them asking for thousands more in residual rights. Outright scam of an organization.

    I just got a text message stating that it was from their lawyer and basically trying to extort me for the logo they made last year. They never follow through with everything that they owed me as well when I purchased the logo. Im not answering and Im reporting a spam.

    They keep calling me and threatening me with copyright infringement laws. They stated that they had a client that wanted to use my ************** name. I told the lady the trademark has been dead since 2021 & anyone could use it, but she insisted that i needed to pay them to close my account. They are scammers.

    I purchased a logo from Vista logo. Paid them $250. Got an okay logo. Never used it, never will. Now I am harassed with scam calls from (I cant post number but I have it). They have my information, email phone number name, business name, address. However they try collecting money for a renewal of ownership. $1650 for a life time ownership and they will do anything to get a credit card number. Literally asked me to send him a picture of my card. I hope no one is falling for this scams and I hope the BBB does something about vista logo since thats where the information leaked from.
