    I purschased business cards from this company over 5 years ago and a logo and to this day I continue to get calls and text messages from different numbers, does not matter how much I tell them to stop contacting me or blocking them. They continue to message and reach out. Disgraceful isnt a word to describe them. They continue to threaten with law for not using their services.

    Same experience as everyone else here. They made a cheap logo and then try to extort you. Almost as annoying, they randomly call you at off hours for who knows what. ****** shows that theyre closed already. Hopefully they were indicted.

    I've had the EXACT same experience as everyone else....... I was so excited when my logo was established. once completed they asked if i wanted to trademark it for 2 years at ****** or ******* for lifetime. I said I couldn't do a *******; so they said they would do ****** for a lifetime. I was like.. Why not....6 months later... actually sooner than that, they were calling none stop.... Finally, this past Fall (2023).. I finally answered.. and the person on the other end, said they were gonna direct me to the legal department.. and from there... Everything that everyone has said below happened to me. .. The threatening email....I was so frustrated... knowing what they were telling me is not right... but to get them off my back.. i went ahead and paid another ******... for some trademark c*** that was supposedly already done. I told them NEVER to call me again.. Well.. now it is March of 2024... They have been calling me since January (3 months later). I keep blocking their number but they keep calling. I finally googled them, and came to this site where all these reviews are. I am embarrassed and pist off I fell for this scam... How do you keep them from calling you... How do you tell others NOT to fall for this. It is so aggravating! Yes, i still use that logo .. I paid for it!

    I wish I would leave a minus stars review. Horrible company. The guy who signed me up for my logo was nice and pleasant to work with, ***. Now, fast forward a year and a half and I get a nasty threatening call from ****. Said my rights had expired. When I paid for my logo, no time frame was mentioned. They simply said I was buying rights to the design to use as I wished. Now I am told I must pay to renew or pay hundreds in "governmental fees" to cancel. Initially he kept calling. Then texted. Told him I was in a meeting and could not talk on the phone. Then he hatefully replied "then why are you texting?" the threats and intimidating tone continued to worsen. I told him I would be happy to sign documents to close the account but send them to me to have my lawyer review them He then angrily said he would not send me any papers without money up front. I replied I will not send any money just because someone calls on the phone and demands it. Anyway, it escalated and I screen shot all the conversation that was on text. This is a horrible nasty company. Do not buy into their scam.

    They offered to make us a logo cheap, after we paid they wanted $2000 to copywrite it. When we declined they waited a couple years to ensure that we had used it on our web page, social media, merch etc, then threatened to *** us for using the logo claiming they copywrited it.

    I've had the same experience as everyone else in the thread below. Some ************************* guy is calling saying my rights to a basic logo are expired and I need to pay $799 or else I am going to be prosecuted for infringement under US Federal Law. They will not send proof of ANYTHING that we agreed upon when I engaged them in 2021. They wouldnt even send us our original invoice. They said an IP Lawyer from the Feds will be reaching out to us to *** us. He said multiple times, if we dont pay then they are going to send a recorded transcription to the IP Lawyer for us to handle and we will be at stake for a 75k legal fee - this is EXTORTION. NEVER EVER hire these scammers. BBB needs to investigate and eliminate all of their online presence as this is NOT an actual business.

    I had the exact same experience! BIG TIME SCAM! I gave them the original artwork for them to create a sharper image and put on business cards and they tried to sell me on the trademark - I declined and now three years later and having never ending up using any of this, they are threatening me with the $75000 in fines if I don't act RIGHT NOW...that is a give away right there. Ask them to send you all the information through the mail - they won't. If you look at the "attorney's" - it's not even Vistalogo - It's Vistallogo. Attorney's don't call you their client either when they are demanding money. Block their calls!

    Scam artists... the get you to buy a logo and then come back after a year and threaten to *** you and keep hounding you even after you yell them to put you on dnc list. I even changed my logo and told them it's not being used but they keep on and on and make threats

    Big scammers!! Do not listen to them saying you owe thousands of dollars in legal fees. I designed a FREE logo 4 years ago for a new business but now dont use the logo. They wont quit harassing me with calls and texts to pay the money or Ill be fined $75,000.
