    It is a low level scam. They call me, threatening to *** me. I asked for their legal name, address and legal rep so I can have my attorney deal with them. They vanished.

    Same experience as everyone else here. They made a cheap logo imitation of what I had personally created and then charged me several $$$ for a poor remake. Never built the website as promised and kept asking for more $$$. A total scam. Consistently harassed by this company, they are sending text messages threatening legal action. Hopefully they were indicted.

    This company was offering logo design and other printed packaging deal which I purchased and took them forever to come up with concept design. They disappeared after they did initial Design. Came back after year and offered another deal, they keep asking for money for services that never was provided and threatening their customers for services never provided.

    Has anyone actually been sued for real? We have had the same experience as many below. When we asked for letter in the mail they refused. I assume its all just a scam.

    I received a text message from multiple numbers stating that I am no longer allowed to use the logo that I paid for as the "rights have expired". When it was purchased they told me I would have 100% ownership of the Logo. They are threatening legal action if I don't pay them for use of the logo. They say that they have registered my business Name and Logo with the State and will report me without payment. ALL A HUGE SCAM TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF PEOPLE.

    These people keep harassing me, trying to get me to pay legal fees, etc. like everyone else. Just got off the phone with ********************* who clearly is of ****** descent, and he told me if I didnt pay them to shut my logo down or copyright it, that I was infringing on someone elses logo. I said, send me that logo and Ill discuss with my attorney. He finally said, we dont have it. I said, then how am I supposed to believe you! Click! Every few months this happens and its so annoying! Im going to redesign my logo just so I dont have to think about these jerks anymore! I have no documentation stating any of this, furthermore it took FOREVER to finally get my logo, which has been over a year now.

    Having the same problem as others here. They called me 18 times after they stated they would seek legal action. They stated I would be sent a ****** dollar lawsuit and I advised them to send me a cease and desist letter they then sent me a text message listing several Sections on copyright infringement. Then they say the rights have expired. When I try to look up their phone number it is VOIP and has no owner. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

    I, like everyone else here, wishes I could leave a no star review! Run away from this company as far as you can. I should have been tipped off when everyone I spoke to was foreign. Two years ago I got a logo made for our small family farm. I just wanted to make a few t shirts for our family members. He knew that's all I wanted to do, but kept talking to me about doing all sorts of other things with it. I paid for the initial logo, which was a really nice logo, and did use it on about 15 shirts. I really can't complain about the logo itself, but in the last 6 months I have been absolutely bombarded with calls...first from *************************, who I thought finally got the message that I would not send him one more *****, who got very pushy and rude on the phone. Now I am getting calls, and texts (which is VERY annoying), from a *********************. He ironically sounds exactly like *************************...I could almost swear they are one in the same :( I told him if they don't stop contacting me I will be filing harassment charges against them. Has anyone else tried this? I have contacted my attorney and she said they do not have a leg to stand on unless they could provide a signed letter from me stating there could be more charges in the future (which they do not have!) So I do not understand how a company with this many complaints about the same issue can still be in business! How? Please shut this company down before they take more people's hard earned money! They only got a little over $100 from me, but they have been asking for thousands and they make it sound like if I don't pay it then I will be liable for up to $75,000. These people know how to scam!! Shut them down!!

    Having the exact same issue. Why doesn't someone shut these people down. I would be willing to bet that there are thousands of people who actually fall for it and send the additional $800. I have fowarded this to the Attorney general but doubt anyone will bother with it, Stay clear of these theives!

    Same issues to report as the other individuals here. Consistently harassed by this company, even though they're no longer in business, to my understanding. They're contacting me and my husband. Threatening legal action, sending text messages, etc. They were PIF and never delivered on the services they were paid for. Now threatening us with our business logo, that of which I ended up creating on my own through Canva. They can't even provide an agreement for the services. Is there any other way to report harassment? We receive multiple calls and text messages each week.
