    This service is a scam. An acceptable logo was eventually created (after much, very specific feedback was provided), then the pressure tactics went into full-force, insisting that I then needed to meet with their IP Attorneys to pursue copyright protection. The logo was never intended for commercial uses so we agreed this was not necessary. Now, at the 1-year anniversary of logo completion, I got multiple texts and calls insisting that ownership of my logo has "been expired", listing a bunch of possible sections of infractions, and demanding $500 for a 2-year registration copyright fee (including taxes), or $1250 for a lifetime registration. These communications were sent from "IP Attorney Vistal Logos" not even VISTA. I hate to ding Vista Logos because I ultimately got an OK logo. However, I don't know if all this follow-on sales pressure is from another department at Vista Logos, or if they sold their customer list to some shady scam agency. Either way, I would NOT recommend doing business with them.

    Please read all the reviews. This is a fraudulent company. I have the same experience as all the other reviewers. I wish I had seen these reviews first. After I used the logo they designed, I'm being harassed to 'register with the ****************** The person from **** even stated that the 'US **************** is calling them' stating they must have the registration filed or we'll be in violation'. Everyone at Vista is in on the scam, and will call multiple times per day. I've block each number they call from, and they keep trying with new numbers, and by using a 'Private Number' that I cannot block. I hope you read these reviews before having anything to do Vista Logos.

    If I could give them zero stars, I would. I purchased a logo from them last year. They consistenly call and harrass me saying I must register my logo or I am in violation. If I don't answer the call, they call from another out of state number. Now, they are saying I am being sued for infringement of my logo, which I only used on business cards, which I have not given out. They did inform me that I could stop the lawsuit by paying $400. Everything with them is pressuring you to register the logo (which you do not have to legally register), then when you don't register or don't talk to them, they will threaten you with a law suit. Oh, and when I told them not to call me again, they said "go ahead and sue **** completely regret using them and I wished I would have checked them out before hand.

    Scammers. I hired them 2 years ago to help me clean up my logo I created. Just needed help cleaning up the lines, making things fit better ect. I payed them , it came out okay , basically cleaned up what I already did. Then high pressure sales for months to upgrade ect now after 2 years they start calling again trying to get you to protect your logo. Then once you ignore them, they send text saying if you don't do such and such you will be sued, and the "state department" will file charges, whatever that means? A bunch of nonsense to scare you into paying them. They should be shut down.

    Stay away from these criminals! They made me a Logo and keep asking me for more money. They should literally be in jail. I don't know how they're still in business.

    Not sure why they ask for installments when they tell you that will be the last payment. They keep digging into your pocket until you have no more money. They do not explain at all what conveys to make a website. They just keep adding stuff to the creation and until they have your credit card full of many charges. If you can go to another company do it, because the costumer satisfaction they guarantee is not true they will not reimburse your money either.

    They are a scam that you overpay for their services and they threaten you that they will take down destroy everything they built for you if you do not give them more money. I was so scared because I paid them ****** for a website and they kept blackmailing me for more money. The guy called again today. DO NOT give any money to these people run away as fast as you can. I have been scammed we all have but this is exhortion in a way I never thought possible.

    Our business had a logo created by this company two years ago. Today, they contact us via text posing as an attorney which lives in *******, and has a phone number with an area code from *******, ** requesting payment today or the would file a copyright suit against **. Our company attorney has already filed for copyright for this logo as it was noted this is our property. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. SCAM ARTISTS.

    I paid for the logo and they requested another *******, they said they could do it for ******. Then even went down further. I desolated the business now they want more another $400.00 for some letter to the state. Im out of money! I have nothing left. They are threatening me with ********* lawsuit. I requested any pertinent documentation etc, they refused to send me anything. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
