  Please find another company to design your logos. I have paid over $1200 and received nothing in return. I was promised stationary including envelopes, business cards and the logo. It's been over a year since I have had contact the Vista Logos and the number on the website does not work. hen out of the blue I received a message yesterday that I need to pay additional $399 for copyrights fees. Buyer Beware!!!!

  These people and company is a complete Sham. Please do not do business here. They use a bait and switch tactic. They get you to buy at a very low price and then will only talk to you on the phone and tell you that you have to upgrade to get in an acceptable format. I did a small upgrade to get a vector format and they told me I would also get the other formats. Come to find out they did not deliver on what they promised and wanted MORE MONEY and at a steep price. Hundreds of dollars! I got them to send a logo in one format but the logo came over in black and white and part of it chopped off. Not the logo that I picked out. They will not reply to any of my emails requesting them to send over what I paid for. This business is the worse of the worse.

  They say you will own the logo when the design is done. Lol. Only if you pay them to copyright and move into you name. When you say no they just keep going and keep going. I hung up on them multiple times and they called back. The people don't even listen to what you want. They send you bunch of c*** totally different than what you want. Then when you try to make a change to something close to what you are looking for, they mess that up beyond what you could imagine. Worst experience by far I have had getting a logo designed. Run far and fast.

  They made a logo for my company and then later attempted extortion and blackmail by threatening to *** me unless I paid them to register it in my business name.Literal criminals that should be jailed.

  Extremely ************ and Threats: Stay Away from this Logo Company!I recently had the displeasure of engaging with Vista Logos to design and create a logo for my business. Little did I know that this decision would lead to a nightmare experience that left me feeling disrespected, and completely ripped off.Two years after I had received my logo, I received an unexpected call from someone at Vista Logo. Instead of a courteous discussion about their services, I was bombarded with outrageous demands for copyright payments. They threatened to sell my logo in an auction if I didn't comply.The person calling was not just rude, but outright disrespectful. They talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and refused to address even the simplest questions I had about the situation. Their behavior was unprofessional and left a sour taste in my mouth.Moreover, the very idea that they had the audacity to demand further payment for copyrights after two years was nothing short of a scam. Any reputable logo company should make it clear from the beginning what additional costs might be involved and ensure those are communicated effectively and in a timely manner.I felt completely cheated and betrayed by Vista Logos. They not only wasted my time, but they also put me in a position where I had to consider paying more money just to protect something that I believed I already owned.Based on this awful experience, I cannot express strongly enough how important it is for anyone considering using Vista Logos to stay away. Their lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness to questions, and absurd threats of selling my logo in an auction demonstrate a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and integrity.It's a shame that my vision for a unique logo turned into such a nightmare with Vista Logos urge everyone to think twice before trusting them with their design needs - you deserve a company that is respectful, transparent, and above all, trustworthy.

  This is a scam, they promise a lot and after they get your payment they ask for more money in order to continue with your project, their response to the emails or phones is about 24 hrs if you ask for changes to the ******* will take a couple of days. The design quality is a joke, after i payed them about $400 i still ended up doing everything myself.

  I reached out to a representative at Vista Logos at the beginning of March 2023. Initially, they were very receptive and responsive, and even called to follow up with me regarding information that was sent for my review. Once I approved the logo for my business and provided feedback on corrections to be made to the letterhead and business card templates, it was all down hill from there. I sent the same feedback over and over with the corrections/updates that needed to be done, very frustrating and I told them that. On March 28, 2023, I sent them an email stating I was fed up with the incompetence and demanded a refund of the monies spent since I had yet to receive the final products. I was told that they had sent everything to me and were waiting on my reply... apparently they sent the info to me via text message?? Why? A couple weeks passed and a representative reached back out to me and said he would ensure all of my previous requests for edits would get done and they would send me the business cards, in about **************************************************************************************** when it changed from what I sent them initially. Also, supposedly my logo was registered as a trademark; however, I am not able to locate it on the Georgia registry.I am not at all pleased with this company or the service provided and hate that I gave them my money! I want others to be aware of this type of company BEFORE spending any money with them.

  Vista Logos has developed my website and they have done a good job on my logo and website qcbc2019.com. At a cost of $24,000 and they are asking for more. Started in Jan and this is almost June and the site is not generating any in income. *****

  Not only did they perform terrible work that we had to micro-manage to get complete, they also had ** pay for them to copywrite the logo in their name. Then, they used extortion to have ** pay more to continue using the logo that we essentially designed and paid them to copywrite. When we refused, they threatened ** with legal action, so we had to start the logo-making **************** again.

  BAIT AND SWITCH Advertise price was acceptable however when came time to finalize the price went way up. "*****" kept dropping the price until it was $750 for lifetime registration. I accepted that and a few days later the logos arrived. After sending the final registration questionnaire received a call and they wanted another $1000 for exams and classes. I explained to them that there was no more money and tried to drop it to $550 at that point I advised them I would no longer be doing business with them. Their website says nothing about additional costs. BE CAREFUL PLEASE DO HOMEWORK on this company before using them,
